  • So the refeed day went to plan

Just putting together you YouTube vlog to release this evening to show what I had but 10k went in and I went to bed 12lb up waking at 6lb up at 296.

I’ll take a post push video to see the changes in fullness and make a big push ahead of seeing Jordan Friday.

We did slightly lower activity yesterday too bu dropping the post training stairs to just 10 minutes now in the hope that we will move back to baseline slightly slower ??

    And clen?

T3 is best started at 12.5 and increased by 12.5 each time so you can stretch out the run and still maintain a response

Also you can’t just stop t3, it needs to be tapered down too

You can if you’re still in a defector but they are great tools once things get stubborn

That’s why I’d always try to leave them out as long as possible and bring them in towards the end of the cut.

    Why are you removing?

  • Woke up at prep low this am! Metabolism is on fire.
    Weight Thursday was 293
    Refeed went in Thursday eve
    Friday am 296 – 3lb on
    Saturday 293 back at baseline
    Today 290 another 3lb off

So coaches orders today we go in!!

I’m going to make this a big one as the last time we didn’t even make a dent. Aim is 10k calories no less, obviously a pizza is in the mix and a few other naughties. I know my body and clean food just don’t cut it when it’s on fire like this.

Aim is to get at least 5lb back on ready for a huge push ahead of going to see Jordan Friday ??

I would say a walk on waking is fine and will help that pre meal digest better also.

Any strenuous activity prior to training should be avoided but this is fine

  • Very active rest day in terms of steps and low level activity but I have a huge emphasis on not getting lazy through this prep or should I say not give in to the beat down of prep.
That being said I think now food is low the higher activity on rest days is impeding recovery a little so one day a week likely a Sunday I will factor in slightly more rest by simply lowering output for that one say a week leading into Monday and the following weeks sessions.
My thought process toward bodybuilding is largely simple and based on logic with a little common sense.

  • Thanks man

No worries keep it up. I an rooting for you and James to do well in the Olympia.

Almost that time again, how quick time goes [/quote]
Ah it goes so quick doesn’t it. The lifestyle speeds up time I’m sure of that

  • So leg day today will be powered by papa John’s xxl pizza from last night

No cookies this time but I did have a dairy free Ben and jerries 😉

The session wil be modified as my lower back is still locked up from trying to unscrew a tap under my sink before Tuesday’s session ?

Likely no compound work but one thing is for sure and that is we will be working very hard ??

  • Looking really awesome Jamie

    Thanks buddy

  • Amazing pictures. You can see the fat just dropping condition haa changed so much

Sounds poor buddy but every coach has different standards and as Jordan said that is a low level price for a coach these days although there are still some very good coaches in the price bracket.
I think what Jimmy said is spot on about the conversations you had with him before committing and you should say you aren’t happy and ask things to be rectified to a satisfactory level or seek a refund.
