Tweaked my back yesterday under the damn sink trying to unscrew the washer pipe
Locked up quite bad but hoping the massage and CBD rub along with a decent night sleep fixes it for tomorrow session

No, why would you use before a cheat meal when it’s loaded with fat? Insulin use is for low fat high carb only

MemberMay 25, 2021 at 7:24 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationTwo of the biggest differences to this prep drug wise is I’ve been using next to no ai, literally had my first adex tab in around 3 weeks yesterday and I’m not using any insulin.
From not using slin in prep to previous preps I definitely feel that condition is coming in quicker, maybe less water weight who knows.
My view is that in a prep when carbs are lower and bodyfat drops where we are super sensitive anyway we don’t need insulin.
High days and carb load we may play but likely not.

Cheat meals through off season and so far out in prep but close to shows I’ll do high days to practice loading, how much food I’ll need and what sources work best ?? -

I don’t currently take slin but in the off season I would eat 1.5 hours Pre gym. Take my slin shot 15 mins Pre gym and start sipping intra. Post meal I’d have 30 mins post gym and take slin shot right before that meal.
