  • How do you do triangle your biceps on your push chest focus session like sets and reps seen it in your videos didn’t hear the explanation on how are they trained

    Just 2 exercises 4-6 sets buddy typically a couple of rest pause or drop sets in there with that to increase volume in a shorter number of sets

    No buddy at the minute and for this prep I’ve chose not to. Really to see what benefit or negative it has on prep.
    My view here is that when we lose bodyfat we become more insulin sensitive and naturally carbs are lower and our body’s turning over nutrients a lot more efficiently so less need for insulin.
    Insulin for me is an off season tool when food is super high.

  • Hi Jamie I was just wondering what injection sites you are using and how much volume per site? I’ve noticed your on about 8-10ml of gear (if I’ve worked it out correctly) and just wondered where you put it all. Many thanks

    Hey man I use side and rear delt, lats and the side quad has started to play ball and not hurt so much so happy days. Max per site will be 2.5ml but I wouldn’t advocate that for someone less experienced. That needs to be built up to over time for sure

  • Hey Jamie, maybe a quick tipp for the future. It is more simple if changes are made, that you write for example:

    whole meal plan on page xyz

    Changes:

    M2 and 5

    -10g Pasta

    +350 Tren ace

    Etc.

    Just my opinion, maybe you like it ?

  • Still woke at 303 which is crazy as Anavar really held my weight up despite what I did

    Now we’ve removed that, increased output again and introduced clen and thyroid I think the pace is really going to lift ?

    Some bug changes here to diet and drugs

    Reason being is we are pushing hard to be ready quick and may drop in a show in 7 weeks time ?

    Puerto Rico pro is 7 weeks with Portugal 9 weeks and it seems silly not to take the chance to compete for extra Olympia points right now with potentially limited chances to compete this year

    With everyone here I would increase volume in session. Add a second chest compound and add triceps to push, biceps to pull. Ensure in session volume is higher alongside higher frequency but do 2 on 1 off or 3 on one off at a push. I think once load and intensity is where it should be 2 on 1 off is the most you could do for a prolonged period.

    Hey buddy EQ is great to maintain fullness during a cut and I also like to use during my off seasons for clean solid gains

    Steps are at 6k training days plus 20 mins stairs and 9k rest days plus 20 mins stairs.

    Progress is going to start speeding up now we’re on the stairs and we’re already a lot further ahead than this point out last prep.

    Things are getting spicy ??
