Push is usually the first one to slip slightly in my diet phases and the feedback from check in today was simple – we’re pushing hard into this show
He knows from last prep that he can push me harder without losing muscle so this time we aim to be inside out by pushing flatter for longer and feed back up when I really need it and not before.
Let’s push on ??

Rest day as usual.
Woke 2lbs lighter so we’re on the move again ?
I’ll be completely honest here with you guys. The weight not dropping did not concern me in the sense I knew I was getting leaner and better BUT it concerned me that if weight didn’t drop I may not get a pizza for a while ??

Hey man I dropped to 300mg test only pw ??

For your first show I’d look at what date you want to compete and see what’s about.
Experience in any fed, type of comp to start out is great.
IBFA, Ukbff, Nabba, PCA, fit X
So many to choose from man. Go for one around the time you are looking closer to home maybe

Weight this am didn’t budge and is at 305. Weird as I did stair master, legs and had a bath yesterday which alone normally has me 2lb down.Feeling and looking leaner so what the hell ??♂️
Honestly putting this down to the addition of Anavar a week back and weight being stagnant since then where we’ve defo dropped bodyfat off and added intra muscular fluid.
I like the look and I will push down to around 302 and likely refeed there

10 weeks out and there’s no burgers and chips, Jordans started cross fit and my activity is higher than a gymnast. Just kidding on the last two but I did start the stairs today ?
20 mins stair master added on top of step count!
Let’s get diced ??

What does it look like when you aren’t pulling it away and how long have you had this issue. If it’s a new issue from a recent diet you just need time for the skin to adjust as others have said.
If you were overweight for a prolonged period then the skin had likely stretched beyond repair and will require surgery but imo this doesn’t look like a lot of skin from this picture. -

We’re all good ?
My biggest tip would be to find someone you respect first and for most and go from there.

Post refeed a week ago Sunday I went from prep lowest 301 up to 306
We then introduced Anavar so as I dropped off the water from the refeed I added water weight from the drug change
Was back to 302 yesterday and 303 this am and that’s after bouncing from 306 to 304 then up to 306 again ?
Pictures show a good deal of difference and I feel much tighter so we push on here for now
CALS are around 4500
Pro is 550 on my fitness pal but actual protein that I’d count is 4-450Carb 450 and fats 90 on training days
HAVENT calculated rest day but I’m still having around 300g carbs
Plenty of easy tweaks to the diet to yield more changes in the coming weeks

Like Claire said really depends what you’ve been doing.
I don’t do anything really fancy pre contest or shoot days with my clients because the look is made in the months leading up not the hour before
My guys would have something like cream of rice and dark chocolate with a banana and maybe a little honey but this would be part and parcel of there usual meal plan
Through in some almond butter as I find fats help hold the look so you don’t fade through the shoot
Have this 1-1.5 hours before your shoot and the JP pump formula to sip from 20 mins out and your gtg
