    Obviously I carry a lot of muscle and have a large frame so my demand for energy is much higher than most so this amount of carbs for me is like 300g to someone 5ft 10, does that make sense

    So really this isn’t a high amount of carbs

    My body needs the fuel and I process carbs very well

    I do daily cardio and high intensity training and that seems to be all I need. Using gh but no current slin ??

    Definitely tidy up. Tbh our version of tidying up would probably have you in close to if not the best condition you’ve been in to date. Don’t underestimate the value of condition to muscle growth.
    Starting from a lean position will increase the potential rate of progress more than any training lay off. Take advantage of the impact of training to lose the fat.

    I think I’ve just found my tolerance level to test and other drugs. I have arimidex on hand but now I will only use them when I feel I need to which is very different to my older way of thinking.

    Ai used to be a must have for any of my cycles and clients but over the years I’ve learnt a lot about how they obviously damage health and bloodwork.

I believe that primobolan can help you mitigate aromatase. am I wrong? minimizing use is always an investment for an optimal recovery of values. do you think it is better to downgrade aas dosing than to add ai? and lastly, what are the signs that make you think you need arimidex? (apart from the analyzes)

    Hey buddy I definitely believe lowering aas to counter ai use or using compounds like masteron and/primo should be your route.

    Main symptoms would be sensitive nipples, lumps behind nipples and emotional state.

    Have you took any recent blood work to see where your thyroid is at naturally?

    I wouldn’t say you needed T3 u less there was an issue there personally.

    Arimidex seems high too buddy especially having mast in the mix to counter estro? I would half that to 0.5 eod at most.

    In a nut shell you need a rest of some kind. I prefer lowering volume across the week and performing back off weights only first and then I take full days off if that doesn’t work.

    Also food seems very low. What are your stats?

  • Do you only log the working sets Jamie? Roughly how many warm up sets will you do before you start? Once you are warm, do you continue with warm up sets, or is it straight on with the working set once you are moving?

    Only log working sets yes buddy.

    Probably warm into the first exercise for around 20 mins 4-5 sets then when warm 1-2 warm ups each exercise ??

    This definitely doesn’t sound like too much cardio
    From my experience maintaining cardiovascular health in the off season is imperative for all round progress.

    It will aid digestion, composition, performance in higher rep range sets which are very important imo to keep in 12-20 rep range on compounds and not to mention overall health and well being.

    20mins cardio and 8k steps isn’t a lot and can be increased if things like digestion, composition and performance start to suffer.

    And to be honest sliding the wrist up your forearm (thicker area) will feel really good in terms of connection with Delts

    Josh bridge man has some really good ones. If they are loose due to small wrists maybe put some wrist supports on to thicken out your wrist under the cuff?
