MemberApril 16, 2021 at 7:26 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationToday has to be the hardest day of my life so far and I’ve done some pretty tough things.
Not really ready to discuss anything with anyone yet but I’m sure in the coming days I’ll put something out there.

Let’s see pics but if you are lean then keep this here till two weeks out and look again. I’d then swap to arimidex 0.5mg daily and increase to 1mg daily for final week.
Cabre should I’d go for 0.5 x 2 a week.

I personally like to have clients on higher food and working harder plus moving more.
A good starting point would for me here would be 300g carbs training day, 100g non training day fats 60 protein 250
Start cardio at 20mins fasted plus 6k steps on top of cardio and training
Simply increase output over the 7 weeks and slowly bring down carbs and fats
Protein stays constant
Consider clen and yohimbine for fat loss
I like to cycle clen like this
Week 1 20
Week 2 40
Week 3 60
Week 4 80
Week 5 100
Week 6&7 off -

MemberApril 14, 2021 at 10:31 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationTrained pull yesterday and got to use the nee watson t bar row! Out of all the Watson pieces this has to be one of the best. A lot of watsons stuff isn’t all that great tbh but this hits the spot and the rotating handles make it great to use! Man this things humbling though much like all of watsons machines it weighs a tonne so 70kg felt like 100kg ?
Great session and back feels fried today!!!

Simplest thing to do here would be to divide macros by 4 equal meals imo
I would personally like 5 or 6 meals where things would change but 4 meals that’s how I’d do it

MemberApril 13, 2021 at 5:29 am in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationHope everyone enjoyed there first day back in the gym yesterday here in the UK. It was a pretty landmark day here in the industry that’s for sure and although nothing much changed for me I could feel the energy on social media.
I progressed my incline BB nicely taking on
180 – 2+1
160 – 7
140 – 11180 felt decent in terms of control but I know depth could be a touch better and I know 4 reps is there for the taking next time out ??

As people say find maintainence and hold there until you can train.
My advice to find maintainence would be drop to rest day food and monitor weight from there. Make any adjustments based on scale weight feedback. -

As the guys say test will maintain fullness. If you’re on track and stage ready you can hold or slightly increase to increase fullness a tad but safe bet would be hold at 500.
You could play with the look of you had multiple shows lined up. -

Hey buddy I would head to the education section and get diving into the individual drugs and learning all you can.
We don’t mind answering questions and trying to help where we can but it will
Soon be apparent that a lot of these decisions need individual understand of ones body, composition, reaction to compounds, bloodwork, training ability and application of bodybuilding lifestyle.
Drugs change based on many different factors.
As a basic answer you could start with test npp and EQ. EQ aids fullness, as you progress you can swap npp for mast and look to add orals but this is such a generic answer because that’s all it can ever be without a coach.
Hope this helps push you to self educating with the tools you have here more than you are right now.
Good luck man. -

MemberApril 9, 2021 at 9:53 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationSo glad this weeks training is wrapped up tbh.
Very good week but man I payed for playing golf in terms of back niggles all week and generally feeling tired like I’ve been playing catch-up.
Lesson learnt and no more golf for the foreseeable ??
Weekend of rest and a massage will do fine thanks ??
