  • Yesterday’s session went well.

    Decided to reduce volume all week to combat fatigue that has been creeping in.

    So will just go with one working set across all sessions this week and that should see me right to get back to normal programming ??

    Hey bud I’ve never heard someone having to use less based on frequency but I have heard many times that high frequency injections of less mg per injection is better in terms of limiting conversion to estrogen and general side effects.

    Total mg per week should be the same imo and 90mg a week seems very low for trt, have you had your blood tested to see your score on this amount?

    I don’t count what I’d call micro nutrients here. Don’t see any need to overcomplicate things here buddy. Just count the carbs.

    It’s like bagels have protein but I just count carbs.

    The only time I count more than one macro is when there is two that are quite high in one food source like your eggs and salmon, red meat and dark chocolate.

  • Morning guys, the month is flying huh

    Recording push today with Jay for the site so we will make sure it’s a good one

    Been feeling a little beat these past few weeks training so I’ll take my first planned rest of the year by lowering volume across all sessions this week

    My plan is to remove all top sets and perform just one work set per exercise which would typically be my back of set.

    I’ll do this so there is less load, less volume and less overall fatigue but we will still be able to take something away from training and progression this week ??

    Hey buddy, thanks for all the info, always helps you get a decent answer off the bat ??

    So I have my doubts on low dose primo, it’s one of those compunds that needs to be ran higher even for beginner level users as it is a weaker compound. If I were to keep you running primo I’d double the dose to 50mg a day 350pw

    But that being said 300 test 300 npp per week would likely yield better results imo

    T3 I would taper down 12.5 each week to nothing

    Hgh may depend on type but I’d like to split that to 2iu am and pm

    On this cycle you should be ok without an ai but always be mindful and have one on hand. Aromasin is the safest in terms of lipid/cholesterol profile and if you get symptoms I’d start at 12.5 twice per week but look to discontinue if you can and use when needed only.

    Most of your progress here from this nice lean position will come from diet adherence so keep that tight, progress food slowly and you won’t go wrong ??

    I would favour a set meal plan from a digestion standpoint and the fact that it gets hard very quick to keep choosing different meals to fit macros all the time. Much easier and effective imo to know where you are at all times.

    The most bang for your buck is never going to come from a cheaper product bud. I wouldn’t even say gh was essential for 90% of the bodybuilding population.
    Unless you are a top amateur or pro and you are just taking it to cover all bases I wouldn’t personally bother but just my opinion.
    Save your money and invest it on better quality food.
