MemberMarch 16, 2021 at 9:48 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationGreat start to the week, progressive sessions and feeling good.
Weight is sitting at 313 but there is so much more fullness and density to the look at this weight this time so I’m very happy starting prep here. -

Just in the incline BB day for now buddy but if other lifts get to this point I’ll put them in. Very exercise specific and where you are at with the progression of that lift ??

As we discussed if weight is going up and performance and recovery are in check the diet is perfectly fine to leave.
Make adjustments when your body tells you to. -

Tbh buddy you already answered the key to this. You just need to keep adding muscle in the main. More lat width and back thickness is what we all lack as younger bodybuilders.
I use to say my lats just disappeared when I lifted my arms and that was all the way up till 2016. For context I won the super heavyweights in 2015 so you’re not alone and aside from massage and mobility more muscle is what you need. -

Could be many factors. We need to assess whether all factors have been consistent mainly sleep, rest and stress along with neat output and cardio.
1lb is not a lot. If you followed your diet to the letter, nailed your sessions and controlled the above factors just push on for another 3-4 days and assess again. -

MemberMarch 12, 2021 at 6:08 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationSo to kick off rebound I have been taking the following cycle
This will be for 6 weeks and then we will shift our focus to health and ensuring in markers are in place for next years assault
1g Sus
500mg Deca
50mg dbol pre
10iu slin pre/post
10iu gh
With this has come a lot of water which was to be expected but the potential to grow some quick fire tissue weighs out the negatives here.
I’ve levelled off at 316 am weight which is about 20lb up from show day 2 weeks ago.
Things feel really good and I’m getting strong QUICKHey Jamie, during this period, the GH, did you split that through the day? Or just the one dose? [/quote]
Split am/pm bud ??
