If I am gaining weight for 2-3 months on the same calories and strength goes up I guess I can just stay at the same calories ?thank u
Hey bud I often keep calories the same for long periods especially if progression in training is occurring and bodyweight rises. Absolutely no need to increase food there.
If weight is stable and performance is good I’ll hold food at times to improve appetite and composition also. -
I like to run in weekly additions
So 20 for 1 week
Then 40 week 2
60 week 3
80 week 4
100 week 5Week off and start cycle again from 20
In your case for 7 weeks use you could hold out at 100 for longer but I don’t like to push more than that

I don’t have any of my clients take any less than 4iu per day split into 2 and 2
It’s one of those as Kuba said where it will assist what you are trying to do but not to a massive degree
You will still add fat and still need to clean things up periodically
I guess it’s a personal choice based on ones budget also

Check ins with clients boxed off
Got some guys making some serious progress and some with very limited kit at home which is very commendable and inspiring
All of you training at home and still on your shit well bloody done honestly ??

I agree with the guys comment’s, it would be nice to see what this guy looks like and a bit about his training history. Most people don’t need to take half the things they do. EVERYONE should educate themselves as much as possible before taking there first cycle never mind insulin.
I’m interested to know what this guy thinks he’s going to notice from taking insulin?
Is he serious to the point where he even follows a daily meal plan/diet?

I’ve thought about this and put it down to over head movements where I arch my back a little and in the press when all that weight is baring down I guess its quite a vulnerable position for the lower back.
Food for thought and something to work on.
Hoping everyone is ok and smashing life 🙂

Tren removed as we will utilise that down the line now calories are a little lower we don’t need that in to recomp as that will occur naturally with declining calories as we push on.
Great push session today progressing main lift of incline DB 150lb 68kg for 14 ??
1000 test
750 eq
700 npp
700 primoHey Jamie are you planning to do a pct/cruise before prep start? [/quote]
Nope, I cruised before this cycle buddy. This is the prep cycle. -
I have by no means good calfs but you gotta make them really burn, try holding 5-10 seconds in each set and varying each set style, angle and rep range.
Key to calfs is mix it up and hammer them ??

As others ask, why are you questioning your coaches methods? The plan he laid out looks solid but it is a plan in principal only.
Prep goes where prep goes and you adapt to situations along the way.
Just listen to your coach and stop confusing things further. -
If things still increase by 12.5. Max usage for me would be 37.5 tbh and then after show taper back in 12.5 weekly cuts ??
