    Do you work with anyone on your posing? Or was it more self taught? Of course you’ve had people help with tweaking the shots. Just interested on the things you do to improve your presentation on stage. Looking forward to seeing the package you being this year!

    I think the biggest thing here is practice and actual stage time buddy.
    I have worked with Emma Hyndman a few times on the past tho and picked up tips from other BB’s like Kuba. Milos and Phil Viz have me some valuable posing cues also.

    I think it’s ok and I’ve often used in the past. All I would say is try and get a selection of fats in your diet as some with have more benefits than others.
    For example in terms of nutrient benefit something like an avacado or almonds would offer more value.

    Tomorrow. Had a great weekend of eating and rest.
    I’ve discussed with Jordan about changing the cycle as I’m getting a lot of anxiety from the deca.
    So new cycle is as follows:
    1.5g test sus
    1g EQ
    500mg tren e
    500mg mast e
    I think this will work much better 🙂

    hey Jamie brother hope all is well I just had a question in regards to body composition and training if someone had a shitty offseason just got pretty fat at the end and is in the middle of a cut now to rectify it but during the offseason and during the diet they were training hard and progressively and they got stronger and still getting strong whilst dropping bodyfat during the cut would you say muscle is being built during both these phases? Obviously it wouldn’t be an optimal set up because the bodyfat makes it hard to see the progress or is getting strong just mean the muscle is getting stronger but not bigger and it won’t be until the end of the cut/start of new off season would we see new muscle being built?

    I would just suggest buddy that you need to consider one thing.

    Calories in – are you in a surplus or a defecit??

    Which one will determine the answer as you are very very unlikely to build muscle in a deficit. Muscle growth requires a surplus of calories.

    Get lean and build Cal’s back up slowly next time ??

    I use sus haha

    I find it very nice as it has multiple esters and if injected frequently enough as in minimum 3 x per week you will be fine.

    I guess other esters could be injected less frequently but apart from that I have no knowledge of any issues here

    EVERYONE used Sus in the 90’s. I guess enanthate is more popular now to ‘Bros’ but no scientific eveidence supports reasoning here

    Or wait until the test has been in for say 2 weeks first?
    Do you need caber on 1500mg deca?

    Hey Mark I’ll begin near enough right away as I run these years round at minimal doses tbh so I may go from half adex pw to twice a week and keep it there and assess how I feel.

    If things get hairy on this cycle I’ll like add cabre in at 0.5 twice per week also ??

    Hey Jamie,
    What are you doing for recovery/rehab exercises or therapy to help keep your body healthy this off season? I injured my hip and low back doing heavy bulgarian split squats. Getting a kinesiologist and a massage therapist to do some work on it but it’s definitely a bummer being out of the gym. This was definitely a load and exercise execution related injury. I’m still interested to hear your opinion on what you do for recovery.

    Hey buddy I’m having regular sports massage still maybe 1 every 2 weeks and my secret to success is regular hot baths. I have 2 per week and there super hot or as hot as I can handle. I just find the heat stress a really good recovery tool.
    When I buy my my own house this year I’m going to invest in a sauna as the studies behind those for health and longevity are insane.
    I always warm up and try to mobilise before my workouts extensively also man.

    I would definitely stick at maintainence and hope for the best. I always like to have clear direction and be moving toward a goal.
    So hanging around the same spot would only ever happen if I’d been in a surplus a long time and by holding calories I could improve my body composition at that weight, stimulate a lowered appetite and force another food increase or simply solidify the muscle I gained.

    I think a series of pushing food and pulling back would yield far greater results bud

    Hope everyone’s had a good weekend
    I’m looking forward to another strong week of training
    Consistency is back at 100% with diet and training now and weight is at 320lb in the am
    New cycle has begun as there really is no time to waste with 23 weeks to go till this years first show
    Bloods came back really good so we are gtg
    Cycle is 2g test pw and 1.5g deca
    I am putting this to be honest with people on my progress through each stage and not so people can copy. Drug cycles are completely person specific and the level I am at now mean that I’ll take certain risks that just would not be warranted or required for others.

    We shall see buddy it’s early days I’ll keep you posted. At present only thing i do is 4 tabs love heart twice per day ??

    Legs smashed me, great session in terms of progression but I really do think I’m getting old and have anxiety every leg sessions about the pain and destruction that will unvail ???
