I’m looking forward to another strong week of training
Consistency is back at 100% with diet and training now and weight is at 320lb in the am
New cycle has begun as there really is no time to waste with 23 weeks to go till this years first show
Bloods came back really good so we are gtg
Cycle is 2g test pw and 1.5g deca
I am putting this to be honest with people on my progress through each stage and not so people can copy. Drug cycles are completely person specific and the level I am at now mean that I’ll take certain risks that just would not be warranted or required for others.

Start at 0.5mg adex two days pw and assess from there.
How much would I personally want my test score to be or in general for someone wanting to gain muscle? -
As Claire says a target step count can keep you on track and be a tool to aid fat loss by easily increasing that count or adding additional cardio.
The only thing I’d like to see is to be consistent with whatever you decide each day across the week and not vary steps or cardio volume.

Hey buddy I would definitely have something faster digesting than mince pre training unless that meals a few hours before training.
Something light like cream of rice and whey which will digest nice and fast is better IMOFood looks solid, could replace a few white meats plus additional fat meals with straight steak of fattier meats but what ever you prefer man ??

MemberJanuary 25, 2021 at 11:22 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationHappy Mondays people, push went well today although I was slightly hampered by a injury to my left shoulder, it’s a pain that I can feel in the centre of my delt and feels quite deep when I rotate back as if I was going to put my arm in a position to shoulder press. Just gonna pay close attention to this as I don’t want it to manifest in to something more serious. It already held me back from progressing my shoulder press machine today so fingers crossed it make a miraculous recovery for Thursday 2nd push of the week.
Last meal going in now then bed. Night guys.
