Bloods taken today so I assume we will look at check in pics tomorrow, adjust diet and look at next cycle ?

Curious that you don’t seem to eat much veg – or is it just not tracked due to the minimal calories it provides in the grand scheme when your calories are so high? I noticed you didn’t have much when you vlogged a full day of eating so wondered if there was a reason for this and if you reintroduce more as calories come down

Question about your workouts during a cruise, do you mess with your working sets at all?
Once in awhile I see Kuba or Jordan drop the back off set and just do the first loading one.
Do you mess with any working set volume or do you keep everything the same as your blast?Hey Kevin simple factor that changes during cruise phase is our ability to recover so that needs managing and some sets do drop for sure.
My analogy for training is digging a whole and we always want to be able to climb out ?? -

1st was end of cycle to establish level of damage and this when is to establish level of recovery
Best case scenario for blow work guys is beginning new cycle, mid cycle, end cycle so with that in mind you should be aiming for no less than 6 blood tests a year, 1 every 2 months, who does this ?? -

Feeling really good to say I’ve been in minimal drugs for 4 weeks now. Yes I know it’s not long I just mean everything is in a great position in terms of strength, recovery and composition so when the time comes to blast again it will be rather epic I’m sure 🙂

What ai do u use and dose to that
Running 2mg arimidex at present
Typically just 1mg tab every 5 days
I like arimidex because I can easily vouch for its quality more so over aromasin and I’ll use far less than any other ai so on a basis of actual mg used its lower
They all come with there draw back so using less should always be the aimHey jamie ive been reading over your logs to try see what you did regarding A.I usage the last few weeks of prep. Did you use higher dosages the last few weeks of letro or arimidex to help drop any water from aromatisation? and how long did it take for estrogen levels to return / side effects from high A.I dissapear post show?

Hey buddy I ran adex only for the last 2 weeks at 1mg per day but tbh tried to keep ai’s a lot lower through prep even in the latter stages to aid fullness as too much ai can defo flatten you out.
Side effects wise the main ones for me is energy levels being super low and aggregated but these returned to normal levels with in a week.

I think just from a hydration standpoint simply drinking in the am after a long period with no water is simply needed for organ health, digestion, performance etc etc
