I use Eval – find them on Instagram or message Dave Crosland direct on there as it’s him and his wife that run it. Very comprehensive service based Leeds area I believe.

I’m doing 8 turns pink salt a meal just to keep consistency year round buddy. Never drop it. Not even in peak week tbh buddy. Best looks I’ve had have been higher sodium and water, slightly less water final day that’s it.

• Hey guys tough day at the office today. With the news last night I’m finding it as increasingly frustrating as any now. Nothing makes sense and it feels like we have our rights stripped away. No one is allowed to share an opinion and social media mainly Facebook is like a huge daily edition of East Enders.
Safe to say the world had gone mad.
And to top it off I’ve had the shits since wake ??‍♂️
Anyhow managed to pull myself through a pull session and now we rest tomorrow with some good sleep and hydration hoping things are A OK come Thursday.
I hope everyone is ok and dealing with this in the most positive way they can.
My short advice, don’t watch the media and delete Facebook right now ??

• Big week coming up guys!! First Monday of 2021 marks the start of the new training cycle where I’ve added a second rotation with Josh. Same style Jordan has set just a few tweaks to ex selection to give us more variety and space to attack lifts.

Got YouTube filming today then site filming Thursday and Friday! Gonna be a busy one ??

I think Everyone’s bang on here. Being ultimately consistent and following a set planning. Improving your training knowledge and application along with following a consistent meal plan is what’s important for now.
I’d hover around maintainence calories and as you begin to progress your ability to apply yourself to the session your composition will improve.

If you train yourself to a good level then you will be able to cut far quicker as your efforts will be very direct if that makes sense

Good luck man.

• Show calendar is out and looks like these are the potential shows that I’ll be aiming for. In July there are 3 shows, Chicago, Vancouver, Portugal and Tampa in august. The Arnold may be in September and is invite only but I’d love to do it and the Olympia is rumoured to be a December fixture again which is love tbh.

• Who’s back to it tomorrow. I know it’s very cliche starting on a Monday but I’ve enjoyed my down time after a long year last year competing and prepping for shows.
The batteries are charged and I’m ready to go!!
Who else had a relaxed break over the holidays and who were the robots. No problems either way but interested to hear ??

• Happy new years to you my friend salute! Cheers to a continued journey success of reaching our goals layed out. They cannot stop us!

And you brother ??

• Please ask anything in regards to bloods ??

For a 50 week cycle, these bloods don’t look to bad! What could be the cause for the high ALT? And do you think the Lipid panel being a little off would have any long term effect on your overall health?
Sorry if these are stupid questions, I’m still trying to learn how to properly read blood work, and see what is ok and what isn’t.
ALT can be effected by almost anything, training, drinking coffee or alcohol, most things inhaled or ingested tbh so ALT below 400 is not of major concern. 400 and above we need to do some digging although after a solid cruise or PCT I’d expect less than 100.
Cholesterol can be brought back in also. Likely elevated from orals and using Ai to combat high cycle doses but now cycle is at cruise without oral we can work to bring these values back down.
Do you ever struggle mentally during a cruise. I know they are important for the body but I always find myself way to eager to get back to it.
Appreciate the response, and happy new year man! Cant wait to watch what you do in 2021 you give us tall guys hope.
It gets easier as you progress your ability abs knowledge of this sport. Understanding the importance to health and overall progression makes it much easier to accept being off.
Strength should still largely remain, composition may soften slightly but with careful tweaking of food in vs output you can manage this process and still maintain some progress or atleast maintain what you progressed to on cycle.
Stay strong brother and continue to progress ??

Ryan nailed it, but I’d just drop the tren without thought right now too.
What’s your goal? Imo tren has no place for most people in an off season.
