Primo is expensive. The most expensive raw there is pretty much. Rohm is very safe. Not the kind of thing you can shop around for so bite the bullet or tell your coach you can’t follow orders and ask for his advice towards something else.

What’s your cycle look like on your new blast and what’s your total calories up to on training days ?

Hey buddy I have a new YouTube video out of my training day food totalling 7300kcal
I’m cruising now bud for the next 6 weeks already a week down at 300mg test only pw
Much needed break tbh ??
Hey Jamie, any advice or tips for digestion? I’m currently eating 6 meals a day. All pretty basic, simple meals, but I find by meal 3-4 I’m gassy, and bloated to hell. I’m currently taking a digestive enzyme supplement with each meal, and 15ml of Apple cider vinegar for 4 of the meals.
I would look at food sources? Try and pin point ones that aggravate you. I have to have gluten free for carbs now or I’ll get super bloated. Try not to drink to much fluids wirh meals also ??

Hi Jamie, the vitamin c that you take is it just absorbic acid? Or liposomal?

I have both if I’m honest but the wife tells me off if I use all the lipo haha

Hi Jamie I’m from Mexico and In my city they are going to close gyms from Friday to Sunday, what do you recommend? Only train 3 days a week or blast 4 straight days of training, I’m afraid that if I blast 4 days without rest mi progress is going to suffer

Yeh I’d probably do Monday-Tuesday-Thursday buddy

Or make Wednesday a calves and arms day so it’s less intense?

Hope you all liked the push video.
Although it was too loud that day to talk too much, think there are some good take homes in there 🙂

Finally got my ass back in the gym
Today.
Nothing major as I will not push myself into much of a hole too quick.
Right now it’s about pushing some blood around and feeling a bit less softer than a bag of rice pudding having not trained for a week haha
Session was
2 sets standing calf
2 sets incline BB which I progressed on each 160 for 7 and 140 for 14
2 sets tricep push down
Nothing crazy at all but nice to see strength is still there and I actually feel really good having trained.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I would start off with something like cv burn. Using it for cardio on prep definitely gave me the energy to push harder and that’s what there man mechanism is to drive performance in a defecit.
Yohimbine or Shreddabull with yohimbine are ok but the yohimbine can make you feel very sick and cause loss of appetite which is something I hate so I can’t use.
I would just concern yourself with output with an aid like cv burn here buddy.

So as I said Ramy impressed me the most and was certainly a deserved winner! He just had a wow factor no one else did this year.
Phil and Brandon weren’t complete and had areas that left them open to someone like Ramy to clean up.
Very happy for him ??????

• As above comments state. It is possible but the level of difficulty to make this reality is one that is often taken very for granted. For 10lbs in a year you need to make this shit your whole life. I mean live and breath this shit in and out of the gym. That’s what most of us have had to do and you will be no different.
So it really depends if you want 10lbs as bad as you say or think
