What’s everyone’s thoughts on the Olympia? Ramy impressed me more than anyone tbh but let’s see if Mr Saturday night Phil Heath can put it to bed. His stomach is still off and not sure he had the detail last night we’ve seen before. Very impressive just being over critical here ??

Surprisingly they we’re very good ? considering i’ve been on with competitions this year for pretty much the whole year with a small cruise around April when things first locked down in the UK and everything went to shit.
I take the following supps year round which are essential for EVERYONE…….ALL OF THE TIME – on and off cycle.
CURE CUMIN
VITAL SUPPORT
LOVE HEART
GLUTATHIONE
VIT D
VIT C
KRILL OIL
GLUTAMINE
Thanks for all the positive comments man and hope you take good info from tis ?Thanks for getting back to me man, I appreciate it!
Also, I’m not sure if I missed your response so if I did I apologize for asking again, but do you typically do a 16-20 week blast followed by a 4-6 week cruise?
And do you have any issues with blood pressure while you’re on cycle?[/quote]
Blood pressure wise I only have to watch with orals and hgh. Generally I’m in range man -

Typically I would ‘advise’ 16-20 max with 6-8 weeks cruise let’s say that buddy.
At my level certain circumstances bay push this upwards but I definitely don’t advocate for others. -
I’m getting one of Hilly’s haha.
I’ve had so many, they don’t last long. Pro tip, always have a spare battery and a spare set of scales lol double back up.

As Tom said above the ebook by Jordan sounds like the perfect read over Xmas here. It’s actually just what you’re looking for and even has programmed workouts and a log book in there to use and follow.
If you do look into that you can get 20% off using my code giant20 ??
Good luck man.

As everyone said, Oscar is bang on but play around with the angles and even use different angles for different rotations as it will change the degree of difficulty and area of maximum stress ??

MemberDecember 17, 2020 at 8:02 am in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationI think I may use an extra rest day here and train Friday/Saturday have Sunday off.
I get asked a lot of the time should you train when you are ill??
The old school of thought would be to train and sweat it out right ? that’s completely the wrong way to look at it. You’re already in a whole with a weakened immune system fighting something then your going to give it the task of saving your ass from a heavy workout as well.
It’s important to rest here guys. Ask yourself if the session will be progressive or not. Then make the decision from there.

MemberDecember 16, 2020 at 1:25 pm in reply to: Loss of sex drive on cruise and cycleSorry I’m confused as people are asking about trt dose but you’ve started back on cycle right?
300 test
200 EQ
200 mastIf estrogen is in check I’d be considering bumping test to 450 but other factors I’d consider are whether you’d want to do that based on training experience and cycle history.
Everyone’s different you see but EQ can shut some people down hard so even dropping that and adding 200 more mast may work.

Original plan was to compete much sooner so I actually started my initial cycle back in January.

MemberDecember 16, 2020 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationI actually feel that our immune system and mental states are linked……who agrees?
In the sense that mentally strong people will get ill less. I find that when I relax such as post comp I’ll get all but never in prep when I have mental tunnel vision for my goals.
Maybe that’s why so many of us get ill during the Xmas holidays hmmmmm -

MemberDecember 16, 2020 at 1:19 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia Qualification2 days full rest for me here as I’ve come down with a mild cold.
Felt it coming on Sunday which was a rest day and trained Monday push with reduced volume where numbers progressed.
Actually all coincides with me having a good chat with Jordan saying I felt I was ready for a break and to bring off season to a close so all works pretty well 🙂 -

MemberDecember 15, 2020 at 8:14 am in reply to: Switch From Rice to Pasta: Protein intakeI am never concerned with the protein from other sources than meat and whey, eggs etc
I look at foods as one macro nutrient only u less there are two strong macros in the mix such as protein and fat from oily fish or red meat.
It’s easy and imo more effective to look at the dominating nutrient the food group has only so don’t be concerned with what are classed as micro nutrients. The bio availability of some of these minute amounts of pro/carb/fat are really poor so just concentrate on getting however many grams of protein you need for direct sources.
Micro nutrients will see you over your targets but learn not to count them ??
