Currently not buddy and tbh Ive grown very sceptical about pharmacy brands in recent times and even have to steer away from
Them. Best bet is if you’re in the know of someone with lab tested UGL gh with reports and of ultimate trust to you. Which I know for gen pop is gonna be pretty hard sorry. [/quote]
Yeah I agree, truthfully I think It was an implicit question of -do you value the resulting effects of pharmaceutical GH to invest such a high proportion of money in that area- but I don’t know you well enough to ask, this is me just being really honest, sorry if this sounds weird?
However, I was still interested irrespective of money if you chose to go pharma or not, I think when you begin to understand the production methods and supply chain of growth hormone, when it gets down its money (unfortunate or fortunately, dependant on your financial position).
Either way, thank you for taking the time out of your day to answer my question and wish you all the success in the coming offseason and next contest.
    Regards
    Andrew

DONT know if my morning shots have gone onto an early log post above lol

Anyway this am 321 more shots

Very happy with where things are
Aim is to push for a further 4 weeks then cruise in which time we will manage health and water, dropping around 5-7lbs in the process I’m sure
Would like to finish in 4 weeks time at a pretty tidy 330 which is definitely achievable based off this point now

Hey buddy steps are used to calculate and monitor NEAT.
Cardio is a seperate area of the day to incorporate targeted higher intense activity where we’d typically time and set parameters for hr etc

    Legs today

What a session this is!! Funnily enough it coincided with the release of today’s site video which is this very workout filmed a week to the day so I expect so more pain and more progression ?

Go checkout the video, push the heart to like it if you did and I’ll make sure to write the exact workout in the comments of the video right now so you guys can try it ???

I would simply track progress and go off results

If your weight stalls you need to move output through extra activity or input through less food

    Keep it simple man ??

    This plan is so amazing!
Jamie, when do you think it’s gonna be a good time mark to identify if these intensity techniques on every exercise are manageable in terms of recovery?
How do you feel after every session in comparison with previous plan?
If you can compare similar periods caloric wise, even better

The plan is amazing buddy and it’s kicking my arse 100%

Feeling done in after sessions more than ever but the game changer and life saver is the placement of the rest days

1 day after pull and 2 days after legs means recovery is prioritized around weaker body parts and intense sessions

We’re winning and shall run this for the majority of off season I’m sure
