Hey guys new log starts here

Let’s get this O qual locked up next year

    The hard work has begun

New diet set out by Jordan

New drug set up for a 6 week rebound before we go to town on health markers

    New training routine

All systems go and locked down to do nothing but progress

I am very happy with my debut season as a pro. I feel like I did what I set out to do which was make a mark and introduce myself to the pro ranks

Be sure that next time I stand in front of judges they will see huge improvements

And for me I feel that now the obstacle of my height is out the way and to be expected the judges will find me easier to judge and my placing will reflect that next year ?

    This will be fun!!

That alone guys will seperate the good bodybuilders apart from the elite.

So go about treating your off seasons like prep and you won’t go far wrong ??

Woke today at 320 after a great shoulder session yesterday. There’s no sign of this weight slowing down lol but I am holding a lot of water now in lower legs and ankles so fingers crossed the body begins to normalise again soon. Water retention is part and parcel of the rebound and all we can do is take measures to limit by choosing the right drugs and ancillaries, food sources, sticking to plan, water and supplement intake. Basically everything we do on prep and that’s the key here….that’s why I progress at a quicker rate to many because my off seasons are treated like prep. And off season required the same focus and dedication of a prep.

Hi Jamie congratulations on your shows this year
Could you outline what your shoulder focused and chest focused push sessions look like please ? Are you doing any direct Chet work in the shoulder focused session ? Many thanks

Hey Adam I’ll outline my sessions tomorrow as they are very interesting indeed
Honestly only reason I havn’t wrote them yet is because they are very detailed haha

Wednesday am after night shift would be best if you could fast for 10-12 hours prior.
If your job is low impact this is doable
Best case for any blood test is fasted and well hydrated after 2 test days from
    Training
Even try not to drink caffeinated drinks 24-48 hours prior as this can put ALT up

    Thanks Jamie[/quote]
    No problem buddy

Last weeks training wrote me off
First full week back in the saddle and the plan felt amazing
Just felt smashed this weekend as the body was trying to recover and pretty much shut me down. I felt like I’d been hit by a bud ?
Got myself a very good night sleep last night and saw me fresh for today’s push session which saw progress across the board by multiple reps each exercise ??
