    Sometimes buddy but not always. I’d be more concerned with how your stomach feels if that makes sense and how quickly appetite picks up after the meal.

    0.5 Cabre twice per week to look after that will be perfect addition

    Also look at injecting test e more frequently. Even tho it’s a long ester theres alot of information to suggest smaller more frequent doses of all gear is better for blood values and will prevent many side effects

    So for you 100mg daily or 150mg eod will have you in a good place with npp 3 x per week

    Ideally divide 600mg test pw and 300mg npp pw by 7 and do daily small shots ??

    Interested to see what the new split does for ya. Been following you for awhile. Me being 6’2” and my training partner 6’4”, it’s nice seeing a tall boy doing it.

    The split at the minute feels amazing tbh

    It’s slightly modified from a straight 2 on 1 off to a Monday delt push
    Tuesday back ham
    Wednesday off
    Thursday chest push
    Friday legs
    Weekend off (2 days here not 1)
    Focus is balancing rest and family towards the turn of the year then we can turn the screw in frequency that little bit more but tbh totally honest I love set days training and never been a huge fan of a revolving pattern

    For the next 6 weeks I’ll be hitting 1g test 1g deca and 40mg. Dbol am and pre training.
    This time lockdown covers my training as a professional athlete so there are no grey areas.
    Weight on waking this am is 302
    I’ll take a video tomorrow as Monday will be full blown attack diet, training plan and GO!! ??

    So 80mg Dbol total? Also any HGH with this? And what HGH were you most currently using if you don’t mind me asking.[/quote]

    Gh wise it’s an unlabelled one with lab reports – unfortunately I can’t say more but I’ll be using 10iu per day and keeping t3/4 in at 25/50 to keep thyroid ticking over nicely

    20k challenge was attempted yesterday alongside a second challenge on the same day with a professional eater to tackle a 30” pizza which was absolutely humongous lmao

    The new plan which I put below Jordan made up for me to concentrate on weaknesses and it kicks fucking ass

    One day on the full diet plan and dbol saw me 7lb up this am ?

    305 am weight ?

    Hey buddy in actual fact I was fuller in spain but I was just in better shape here and less fat haha giving the illusion of being bigger and fuller go figure!
