For the next 6 weeks I’ll be hitting 1g test 1g deca and 40mg. Dbol am and pre training.
This time lockdown covers my training as a professional athlete so there are no grey areas.Weight on waking this am is 302
I’ll take a video tomorrow as Monday will be full blown attack diet, training plan and GO!! ?? -
I’ve definitely exhausted the treats now haha
Funny how toward the end of the show you crave but you quickly find out your craving was mostly a sign of mental fatigue.
Having some time off the prep and the diet quickly makes you want to make haste on the improvements needed to be better.
So tomorrow that being Monday is the day where my off season officially begins.
We are taking advantage of the comp appetite and using an oral which is something that I wouldn’t typically do in an offseason and hitting it alongside deca and test. -

Best sources of food for easy volume
Protein whey, eggs, egg whites, chicken, turkey, steak, salmon all same as off and on season tbh but carbs I definitely have easier sources in terms of macros vs volume of food
You don’t want boiled rice or potatoes in my opinion but saying that if these are your foods of choice consider making up 30-40g of the total macros for the meal from easier carbs like fruit, honey, jam. I like to add banana and jam to rice meals for example
Easy carbs
Bagels
Oats but keep lower than 125g for high fibre amount
Cream of rice
Rice flakes
Same rules with adding carbs to meals from fruit and jam 🙂Fats easy
Oils – olive, Mac nut etc
Nut butter spreads
Nuts
Avocado -
Hey man I would go on bodyweight and look and aim to atleast maintain bodyweight without letting composition slip dramatically
So yes keep food high and watch how things go
Work off feedback and lower cals or increase output somehow but that option may prove difficult at present

Oh and every meal has 6 turns pink salt

Here’s a typical carb up meal for my loading phase Pre comp carb up
25g protein from turkey or egg whites
50-100g asparagus
150g carbs
120g carbs from cream rice or rice flakes
30g carb from honey/jam or banana
15g fat from dark choc or nut butter mostly almond but sometimes pb for a treat haha
And that was it EVERY meal
It worked so why the fuck change it?! -

From here I will rest and resume training Monday
Right now Jordan is putting together my diet and training program which I am very excited about 🙂
We’re going to attack the hams with. Tonne of volume I’ve been for warned haha
My trainings frequency I plan to lower over each week with a higher set count and total working volume in each individual session
So instead of 2 on 1 off 8-10 set sessions I’m aiming for a Mon/Tues/thurs/Friday split giving me 3 set days off a week which is designed for lifestyle/family balance after a mental 2 years since winning my card in 18
Doing this will set me up for a royal assault come January and we can see how my body responds with less total sessions and more rest which is something I’ve heard for many years ALL the big boys stand by
After all you guys you know my motto by now….Frequency is nothing without APPLICATION

Game day fuckers!! 8 in the class
Just woke up, straight for a shit which is the perfect start to show day! Set that stomach up perfectly to load?
We did 900g carbs Monday and 1050 yesterday .
Just about to take am weight but 1/2 dyazide went in pre bed and I pissed real good through the night approx 6 litres of piss to be precise lol
I feel great, this will be my best to date and can’t wait to show it off ??? -

So Monday, looks like this will be loading day ready for the Wednesday show which at present is a definite green light
I’ll check in with Jordan today and see what the plan is. Body is like clock work now and we’ve dropped nearly all the weight off from the pizza Friday so we are good to go and literally just have two days top up of 750-1000g a day nothing silly needs to be done this time ??
