Hey buddy there will be an actual workout if you look back on here but typical set up was to superset biceps and triceps each exercise and have 3-4 exercises and 2 sets for each so 6-8 sets total for each bi’s and tris. Nothing fancy but training them alone aloud for more focus and more attention and effort imo which definitely helped ??

I find doing this help leave my stomach feel emptier and ready to train also ?By the pre training shot do you mean your preference is with the pre training meal 60-90 minutes before you train? Or the slin with the pre workout?

Pre training to me is pre workout sorry budClose to training – by the time you’ve had previously workout to hitting your first set your going to be 30-45 mins deep anyway ??

Personally I would drop to a cruise and inject 62.5mg test e 3 x per week so basically 1/4ml each shot

It’s a perfect set up and the extra days rest pre legs (the arm day;) really
Helps for a kick ass leg session tooOverall I found this split to be very good, I got crazy strong and needed the extra rest so the frequency is fine ??
