    Everything is in a great place right now

    New lowest prep weight today just dipping under 288

    I think we push another day at baseline food and tomorrow we will be ready for one last top up feed before the big dance in britain

    I’m so amped for this show

    I’m taking my best package ever and really think I’m competitive for top 3 and even 1st if the judging is open and unbiased, based purely on who has the best physique ??

    Can’t wait to get it on ??

    The value in making smart decisions deep in prep will shine through on stage

    When all our mind says is push push push, sometimes it’s so important to assess where your at visually vs where your output is at physically…..

    One example is since spain I’ve been on the stair master which has definitely stepped condition forward but there comes a time when little tweaks will bring about more results where pushing more could become counter productive

    So I’ve just stepped off the stepper onto the bike for 30 mins. Small tweak but slightly less intensive so less overall stress to help polish the final look

    This is a shocking amount no food intake if you are active buddy
    Smaller meals more often is best for digestion
    Obvious to say that a larger meal is harder to digest
    Digestive enzyme like digest gold would be good
    Not drinking with meals as this diluted stomach acids
    Vegimight supp is an excellent source of greens which will keep you regular and has great nutritional profile each day
    Insure with carb meals will help control nutrient absorption and blood sugar management
    Biggest thing for you is to find foods that sit well and digest well as everyone is different
    I recently found out that I was gluten intolerant and switching oats to gluten free has made a huge difference along with making gluten free choices for carbs across the board.
    The easy fix here is to generally improve your eating habits full stop.

    Lowest weight all prep is 288.8

    This am we are 298.2 but much much tighter and harder – I’ll put some pics up below

    So the plan is to stick with the 500 days for legs and pull then assess Friday on rest day which will potentially be a big feed up heading into the last week

    Doing it this way I’m already reasonably full in terms of glycogen stores in the muscles so shouldn’t have to heavy load for the show

    This will benefit me massively as it will be less stress on the digestive system for one but mainly what Ive noticed is the more I eat on these loads the more my metabolism spikes and I actually go flatter quicker.

    So an amount of steady carbs will have us full over a longer period without the metabolic and digestive stress.

    Feeling really good ?

    Quick diet update

    We had the 230g carb diet going in for the first half of last week which pulled us down quick to the position pre spain

    This is what happened since –
    Friday 500g carbs
    Saturday 500g carbs
    Sunday 650g carbs plus papa johns
    Monday 500g carbs
    Today we go 500g again on a rest day

    Since putting carbs back at in I’ve maintained 290 and out 1lb on after having the 650 and 1 and a half XXL Papa Johns lol

    Weight is now stable at 291 and I’m just getting better, tighter and harder heading into the show!!

    To say I’m excited for the end result gives it no justice lol

    Just boxing off my morning cardio routine here which has just been filled with Magic Eye for my you tube ??
    We recorded a great push video for the site yesterday which will be live early next week and some more really cool you tube content.

    You test level still has not recovered.
    What was your pct ?
    Your cycle didn’t make sense. Test p needless injecting 3 x a week.
    Your liver is still stressed. What liver protecting has been done ?

    Didn’t took any liver protecting cause I didn’t know liver was that “bad”. I didn’t had any problems with it.
    What do you suggest? Start PCT asap or go into cruise?

    Do one thing at a time not everything at once

    Set calories
    Add cardio
    Reduce calories
    Increase cardio
    Add supplements

    The above are all cards you can play. Play all your cards at once and you will get stuck. Be patient and methodical. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Make sure you are tracking food intake and be consistent with all aspects ??

    If this was easy everyone would be walking round with the body they desire right. Low body fat and bodyfat levels that aren’t familiar for yourself let’s say new territory will be challenging. The question is HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT IT MAN?
