    Woke up 2lbs up at 291 but looked flatter haha

    I like my hot baths so I have to consider these fluctuate weight and overall look

    I’ll pull baths out in the last week

    Heading into the final 2 weeks I’ll look to add back in superdrol and slowly taper back up carbs

    As I do this details will become more apparent and I’ll get that hard grainy pre stage look back

    In between shows it’s very important to give your body a rest from certain compounds so they can be useful in a second wind and at the same time allow the body to regen and reboot slightly

    2 weeks out – fresh and ready to go!

    Also Monday spells the end of quarentine from spain thank god so I’ll be back to my usual routine and full training at my gym ????

    Hey guys morning check in saw me at 288 which is the lowest weight all prep

    I’m definitely getting flat but new detail and fat loss is most certainly apparent from spain

    So after a week of dieting I’m in a great place

    Decision made today to increase baseline diet to 430 carbs which will probably see metabolism spike and more fat loss occur but give the physique a nice freshness back to it and over the coming days leave me a little leaner and harder

    Let’s see 🙂

    I need more information on where your physique is at development wise, how long have you been ‘living the life’.
    What is bodyfat level
    Pictures would help
    This insulin use may well not be necessary AT ALL and imo just looking there is too much insulin being used here for your carb intake and your opening yourself up for issues here

    Hey Shay there’s a few reasons

    Looking at pictures from spain I have enough size right now to hang with the UK boys and I don’t feel I was compared enough to people like Marc, Samson and James to get a true reflection of where I stand in the UK ranks

    So we go again and I have chance to try some different things out why I’m in comp shape and overall just work on bringing a better package

    I just love this shit and couldn’t miss out on a show in the home country either 🙂

    Have you got liver test ALT and cholesterol profile??
    Test appears normal to me for having trt dose although we do not measure testosterone using BG/dl however just above normal is cool

    Have you tried baby rice? Super super clean with zero addatives or gluten.

    The best cream of rice is the one from America in terms of digest ability and avoiding stomach issues / the one in the small orange box. It’s expensive from amazon but sounds worth it for you as I’d rather pay to eat that than eat the Whitworth sand

    Morrison’s do gluten free pancakes and bagels also but your going to have to be prepared to pay for variety with the gluten free range as somethings get rather pricey

    I sleep fine buddy just wake super early like 4am with my dogs and feel
    Super alert

    Plan from here is to sleep in every rest day and do no cardio that day to pull me back from 3 on

    At present no slin or Gh
    Basic but effective

    Training will be 3 on 1 off

    Pull/push/legs/off repeat

    No arm day as frequency of training will yield far greater results in terms of condition right now and I can handle the 3 on system as train will not be 100% max chat now till show

    Likely 2 weeks at 90% max output and final week 70-80% for peak

    I personally can’t stress enough that your priorities must be geared towards managing fat loss vs fullness but fat must trump training and chasing a log book in essence

    And the key is the mindset of MANAGING your physique to show day

    Again YOU CAN NOT PEAK A TIRED PHYSIQUE

    Sorry to repeat but I want to hammer this message home

    The bulk of the work is done now and I know many won’t agree but I feel causing massive inflammation right now from balls out training and higher risk of injury is just NOT worth it

    Would love to have some thoughts and possibly debate this ??

    Honestly guys this quarentine and forcing the rest in the gym has been a god send

    One week in I feel better than ever and would encourage anyone to have a week off after a show even if you are in between shows like me

    I feel the response from your body will be amazing and make the 2nd stint of prep so much more responsive

    Always said a healthy body is a happy body and YOU CANT PEAK A TIRED PHYSIQUE
