So guys this week is full rest and next week I may do bits at home it this is the diet to give digestion a little rest so one less meal and less protein and carbs with higher fats which will also help hold composition in a nice place ready to blast off season

Hey man it’s approx calsSo calories in a gram of carbs and proteins is 4 calorie per gram and fats 9g per g of carbs
Tbh I feel fine, nice and hungry but really good for digestive health and well being for a short period of time only bares no risk of muscle loss ??

Test is dropped to 300mg a week only taken across two shots to optimise blood values

Well guys I gotta say I’m over the moon with making top ten in a 19 man top top line up for the debut.
I’ve discussed with Jordan this am that my main focus now is to build on the weaker areas needed to make qualification next year an absolute certainty.
So it’s straight into off season for me which I will document.
I would have loved to have competed at the British but this is by far the smartest and best move for me.
This year was always about getting myself out there on an IFBB stage and seeing how I stacked up.
Mission accomplished ✅✅✅
So selfishly I’m sorry if you were looking forward to seeing the Giant at the British but please respect my career goals right now must come first.
Time to get big and strong again ?Fantastic debut mate and I think we can safely say you showed the bodybuilding world a giant , top ten in that line up was so impressive man . Going straight into an off season sounds like the best plan for sure , will be following with much interest ?? and thank you for all the content for this show it’s been top notch

Hey Adam the plan is now to back off and reset health markers for sure which I will fully document
I have 2 weeks at home to quarantine and actually rest which will aid the process tenfold also
Plan is a 300mg test pw cruise with 0.5 adex every 5th day

Tbh buddy if you have a sensitive stomach it may very well set you off.
I’ve had to carb up on baby rice and the gluten free cream of rice from America which are both plain as they come just to avoid any discomfort during the carb up ??

Well well sports fans show day has arrived ??????
I feel great……
It’s been a perfect 4 days so far in Alicante, beautiful city, pleasant atmosphere and the only real problem has been trying to stay full
I think I’ve had close to 5000g carbs so far including a pizza and a burger and chips and we are still not at 100%
That being said me and Jordan are so happy with the look this am and think managed correctly today it could do some real damage later tonight

First proper carb load day drawing to a close with one meal left
Meals have all been
150g cream rice
20g honey
100g banana
20g almond butter
80g cooked turkey
100g asparagus
Water will be around 10litre including water to cook cream of rice – I wouldn’t normally factor this but it is nearly 5 litres as I have 800ml per meal so it’s quite adequate and definitely worth noting
Feeling very good and food pushing through very smoothly ?
I think we will check in the am and feel we can push a tad more than today even pushing 175-200g carbs x 6 ?

Arrived in spain and started carbing up 🙂
Shaving tonight and going to train in the am
I’m thinking light double sessions to push the carbs round Thursday and Friday
So am push pm pull both days should work great 🙂
600g carbs gone in today
Think we will do 750-1000 Thursday and Friday each dayCream of rice is the go to meal with honey and banana with a little bit of almond butt turkey and asparagus
