    I would give the JP Vegan protein a blast, i’ve been told by others who are very sensitive to whey get on brilliant with it 🙂 Defo worth a shot man.

    So we brought weight back up to 293 after it decided to nose dive to 288

    2 high days totalling 1500 carbs did the trick

    Now for two low days Monday and Tuesday
    Fly Wednesday and begin carb up when I land in Alicante ??
    I’m so excited now ??

    Woke up 2lb down after 700g carb high day lol
    So we go again, another 750g going in.
    Everything is about there so we can’t let the weight start running away from us.
    It’s very much physique and weight management right now with show day a week today ?

    100 winny
    50 t3
    100 t4
    Clen will be dropped tomorrow
    Gh 6iu per day
    No slin

    Never used npp and tren no buddy, I don’t like the thought of two prolactin elevating compounds being ran together tbh

    I’d never use tren in an off season either as it effects your ability to eat which is most important over everything

    Gh use down regulates t4 production. You still require both, not just t3.

    60 pro
    20 fat
    -120 cals

    Meal 2 and 4
    280 chicken
    10g fat
    – 140 cals (70 each meal)

    Meal 3
    100 oats
    70g whey

    Intra 30 sustain 50 MPS

    Post
    100 carbs

    Final meal
    300 fish
    2 whole eggs
    Asparagus

    260 cals down
    160 cals in intra carbs

    Rest day
    Meal 1
    60 pro
    20 fat

    Meal 2/3/4/5/6
    60g pro
    10 fat

    It’s been a great watch and read the last few months via the site and insta too see the journey and how much you have changed to be able to hold your own on the pro stage , think a lot of people will take notice in Spain and it’s the start of big things for the giant .
    Been some good laughs along the way as well with the U.K. promuscle podcasts and the YouTube vids there has been plenty of content can’t wait too see the final look ??
