Rest day today
Had a nice day off with the family, went to Westfield derby and bought the kids some new trainers and a five guys
I’ll share some pics from morning check in
Thought they were ok but it was sunny and I’ll never normally do this but I looked at the video before moving locations and thought they looked decent but the take home here is lighting is not consistent with other check ins so me and Jordan agreed more photos tomorrow in our normal outside light to make an assessment and plan from here
Jordan said this morning let’s do another pizza as weight is back to baseline but I know I had more in the tank to push with before we feed back up
So again it’s important to be honest with yourself and your coach in certain situations to bring about the best result -
So for those that have been following you may be wondering why I haven’t been driving my weight down and down like a typical prep and it’s been very much a case of 2 steps forward 1 step back with the main aim of staying above 300lb.
This is mainly to preserve muscle tissue and ensure training intensity and output remains as high as possible.
The spin off from this is a much bigger and fuller me with a potential stage weight of 300lb.
This approach is great BUT the key is time. Obviously it takes longer so you’d need a 25 week prep easy to do it well. The aim is to have dropped off around 25lb from full off season weight but be 15lb up from the 285 stage weight in late 18.
Thanks for following. Please ask any questions you have and have an awesome daygreat information jamie! so its not a typical prep, its more like a looonger body recomp (drop fat over a long time and try to grow and keep as much muscles as possible)? is that a way to describe it?
Yes buddy but imo more people should prep like this instead of making it a race to get in shape and look to constantly drive down weight -
As above buddy please reply with some more details and we can help. These things don’t have blanket rules for everyone, very much individual to you buddy.
this is my current body comp as of this morning , what do you think? thankyou!
Are you natural? What’s current macro breakdown. Gym sessions per week, cardio and daily steps if you track? -

Hey!
What’s the reason to use both T3 and T4?_________________________________________

T3 only manages t3 production not T4. Yes t4 converts to t3 but we still need t4 present so t4 is administered also. When you are taking gh especially t4 production is very much down regulated so you should supplement it

How much do you weigh and what do you look like body comp wise, picture and some basic info on stats would help here as to me this looks like a children’s food plan so I’m guessing you are sub 200lb?

I think the swap from npp to last will bring about some good changes in appearance so I’m looking forward to seeing things change over the next few weeks. 8 weeks out ??

May I ask what was the starting and ending bodyweight of your most recent offseason?
I started at 290 and finished at 325. Currently 306 and expecting to be ready around 295 but push up a few more lbs from there which would see me at 10-14lbs up from September 18
