    I don’t count the micronutrients for my clients
    When I map out someone’s diet plan I use the macro nutrients only
    So protein for chicken, nut butter for fats etc
    Only things are mark down for both protein and fats are things like steak, salmon and whole eggs where there are two prominent macros
    Hope that makes sense
    End of the day all you need is something you can track
    So if your consistent with food sources calories will always be accurate based off of MACROS only
    I’m not about counting how much protein is in a dam bagel ??‍♂️

    This is exactly how I approach this. Simple to track and at the end of the day, consistency is key with which ever method you choose.

    I like fixed as it’s just a lot easier and I don’t look to my diet to enjoy food. It is what it is so I don’t really care what I eat

    Baseline diet increased to try and stop the rot with the weight drop so we can push recomp hard

    Current food

    Meal 1
    70g whey
    140g oats
    1 Banana

    Meal 2 and 3
    280 chicken
    100g rice

    Meal 4
    100g oats
    20g honey
    Half banana
    70g whey
    1 muffin

    6iu slin Pre ( maybe needs to adjust to 4iu depending on feel)

    Intra 60g sustain 50 MPs

    Post 10iu slin
    220 carbs

    Final meal
    100g 4 percent beef for both burgers
    2 buns
    200g chips 5%
    1 muffin

    Rest day
    Meal 1
    70g whey
    150g oats
    1 Banana

    Meal 2/3/4/5
    60g pro
    90 carbs

    Final meal
    Both burgers 100g 4 percent beef
    2 buns
    200g chips 5%
    1 muffin

    Quick question: I know when you fall flat, pizza is your “fix”.
    One XXL Papa Johns Double Cheese Double Chicken Pizza is roughly
    Fats: 115g
    Carbs: 400g
    Protein 130g protein
    Would you get the same “fix” from rice drizzled in olive oil, avocado, chicken thighs and a side of dried fruit which’ll total to the same macronutrients?

    Is this a serious question ???

    How do you mean the same fix??

    Enjoyment or just simply hitting macros

    Things are really starting to shape up now. Changes are daily and the pizzas aren’t holding weight for as long as we want. I had a pizza Sunday night and woke 2lbs up at 304 then this am just 2 days after I was 3lbs down at 301 ?
    So baseline diet has been slightly increase and we have added 30mg Ed trestelone to the mix which I’ve never had so that will be fun having heard the potential sides lol
