I don’t count the micronutrients for my clients
When I map out someone’s diet plan I use the macro nutrients only
So protein for chicken, nut butter for fats etc
Only things are mark down for both protein and fats are things like steak, salmon and whole eggs where there are two prominent macros
Hope that makes sense
End of the day all you need is something you can track
So if your consistent with food sources calories will always be accurate based off of MACROS only
I’m not about counting how much protein is in a dam bagel ??♂️——-
This is exactly how I approach this. Simple to track and at the end of the day, consistency is key with which ever method you choose.

Quick question: I know when you fall flat, pizza is your “fix”.
One XXL Papa Johns Double Cheese Double Chicken Pizza is roughly
Fats: 115g
Carbs: 400g
Protein 130g protein
Would you get the same “fix” from rice drizzled in olive oil, avocado, chicken thighs and a side of dried fruit which’ll total to the same macronutrients?Is this a serious question ???

Things are really starting to shape up now. Changes are daily and the pizzas aren’t holding weight for as long as we want. I had a pizza Sunday night and woke 2lbs up at 304 then this am just 2 days after I was 3lbs down at 301 ?
