Diet update
We have increased baseline diet just a touch to stop me going flat so quick. This will still allow me to recomp nicely but I’ll just not be having a pizza every 3 days on prep ? -

10 weeks out we are in a great position. I compared this to a look in March and this one beats me then by a mile!!

Some shots coming up from this am
302 am fasted weight and in a brilliant position 10 weeks out
I’d say we’re the same condition as last time now if not better and 10lb up which is amazing
The plan is to stay above 300 and keep recomping for aslong as we can
If we need to push there’s not a tonne of work to be done and we still have plenty
Of cards to play if needed

2g per meal assuming 5-6 meals per day
10-12g salt total per day
Mix of pink salt and low salt for mineral balance between sodium and potassium
Also consider a hydration/electrolyte formula and get min 4 ltrs per day in water

Test 750 up from 500 to hold fullness
EQ 750
Npp 600
Tren 700 up from 500 to assist recomp with same foodI’m pretty much injecting 2 days on 1 day off and diving weekly dose by 4 to hit cycle requirements

Weight held today from pizza Sunday eve
Weighed in just under 304 which is a slight drop
Performance in session Monday and today were really good but didn’t get a great pump so we’re definitely still floating in a defecit and in a good place to keep recomping as we are -
