Sometimes when bodyfat is above 15-20% pumps are really weak which I feel is down to insulin sensitivity being off whack -

Trained legs, my gym is 1 hour time limit and I’ve been rushing my warm ups to fit everything in and I pulled a muscle in my glute and now I can barely sit ?
Ah man some gyms got some mad rules which I honestly think they don’t need

6k steps isn’t very active buddy either – I would say this is low to moderate

I love am cardio for routine, digestion, alertness and all round feeling better
Stick with 20mins light cv fasted would be my advice year round buddy ??

Just try and get the most out of as little as you can
Unfortunately hair line is largely hereditary/genetic and if it’s gonna go it’s gonna bloody go – some compound will Ofcourse speed it up

Holy hell Jamie, the checkin pics are looking crazy. Weight STILL ABOVE 300 and you’re holding this level of leanness (with some added pizza?!) Insanity brother. Cant wait to see what the finished product will be.

As Kevin says cheat meals are used for mental reasons and keeping an element of balance in your lifestyle for some
Others like myself use it as away to prevent weight for falling too quickly and maintaining a level of fullness during a diet phase
Off season I might put them in every so often the day before a weak body part but typically i find more food from cleaner food sources work better in terms of digestion
A big factor for me, like Kevin says is I have to eat an incredible amount of food to gain weight in the off season and once my metabolism starts ramping in prep I’d have to eat a tonne of rice to slow it down.
