For a natural they may need a 25-30 week prep to keep hold of as much tissue as possible
By doing this you can keep food as high as possible and not have to run flat for too long before allowing a refeed
It’s basically a long game of pushing and pulling back with food, training, cardio etc instead of a standing prep being a one way street to fat loss -
Had a really good push session today all numbers beat
Woke up a lb lighter than baseline weight so Jordan gave the call for more pizza
This was after 3 High days Friday sat and sun where I gained only 1lb so it’s good and bad
Good that we know metabolism used cranking which is great for pushing condition
But bad with timescale and trying to recomp and hold weight – just means more food and more refeeds, oh and more pizza lol
I can live with that
Moral of this prep – we feed performance and that takes care of most other concerns we have 🙂

You should not take steroids or anything similar.
You are very concerned about things that steroids will stress n I feel this will cause you more stress n make u unhappy n effect gains._________________________________________

Also how long you been on gh as this makes you insulin resistant, did you know that?Hi Jamie, it certainly is concerning as I’ve felt fatigue especially after carb meals. Brain fog for the last couple of months now.
I was using metformin daily up until 6 months ago but stopped that and been using GDA’s to keep blood sugar in check along with a good diet.
I’ve been using low dose HGH for a few yrs now for anti ageing effects, staying injury free, general well being._________________________________________

Liver can be spiked by many things, even caffeine.
EVERYTHING goes through the liver. The only way the doctor is giving you a liver scan for these score is if you’ve gone in there and professed how worried you are which you really shouldn’t be -

After waking up again at 304 took a video for Jordan and he agreed with 12 weeks left we can put some food in this weekend which obviously includes a pizza 😉
Aim is to hold above 300 for as long as possible and recomp here as we have been doing so far very successfully
Condition and fullness this am still good and v happy with position 12 weeks out
My advice to anyone would be to leave yourself at least 20 weeks to prep even from a good position so you can let the body change slowly by simply being consistent with all aspects of prep
At times you will feel like you’re not working hard enough but dam you will end up onstage with more tissue and more complete for sure

Maybe trial a dose post training instead of before bed unless you can afford to go 2/2/2

I’m with hilly in the sense your over complicating things here
2 on 1 off makes perfect sense of you need an arm day that being push pull off arms legs off
Pictures required to fully assess physique and need for arm day
Leg pull would destroy me and I don’t know how anyone can recover from that session but that’s just me
