    Freaky that at 308, personal opinion look much tidier than earlier in the year when targeting previous shows think the push back up through lock down has worked really well

    Hey Lee, thanks buddy. Totally agree with that, I’m much better now which will stand me in good stead for sure.

    I’ll be doing spain and romania, the UK show and maybe even Budapest. We’re not fucking around haha

    New diet update – idea is to push weight down a little now but we’re very happy with the position of everything right now

    Current food

    Meal 1
    70g whey
    100g oats
    Banana

    Meal 2 and 3
    280 chicken
    90g rice

    Meal 4
    100g oats
    20g honey
    Half banana
    70g whey

    6iu slin Pre ( maybe needs to adjust to 4iu depending on feel)

    Intra 60g sustain 50 MPs

    Post 10iu slin
    180g carbs

    Final meal
    100g 4 percent beef for both burgers
    2 buns
    180g chips 5%

    Rest day
    Meal 1
    70g whey
    110g oats
    Half Banana

    Meal 2/3/4/5
    60g pro
    70g carbs

    Final meal
    Both burgers 100g 4 percent beef
    2 buns
    170g chips 5%

    Do you have any t3 in currently buddy?

    Jamie, question for you big man.
    With the addition of an arm day—have you taken out the arm exercises in your push/pull day? or is the extra arm day IN ADDITION to the 2-4 hard sets you normally get on Push/Pull?

    Hey man I personally don’t do any bicep work on pull days and I add 2 sets of triceps to push days so a little extra volume

    The main aim for me in every session is making sure every set is intense and I just felt my arm sets lacked intensity due to fatigue so I saw more point to removing them entirely

    Hey buddy the cycle feels absolutely fine tbh. Side effects wise other than lower sex drive for me I’ve felt nothing. If you want to be Hugh Hefner it’s probably not the one but I’m recomping very well in prep, increasing performance and dropping bodyfat at a nice rate ??

    Ah I can’t remember buddy but would of been around 1000g a day haha

    I stick with the dosages I said

    Kuba raises a good point about not having strict time frames for drugs

    Changes should be made off feel, progress and the look on a whole

    By all means have a guide but this is not set in stone

    Good luck

    Best advice from me as well is stop being so over analytical of every factor, obviously do things mindfully and with caution but I can tell that your a high stress individual and this will only hold progress back
