Freaky that at 308, personal opinion look much tidier than earlier in the year when targeting previous shows think the push back up through lock down has worked really well

New diet update – idea is to push weight down a little now but we’re very happy with the position of everything right now

Jamie, question for you big man.
With the addition of an arm day—have you taken out the arm exercises in your push/pull day? or is the extra arm day IN ADDITION to the 2-4 hard sets you normally get on Push/Pull?Hey man I personally don’t do any bicep work on pull days and I add 2 sets of triceps to push days so a little extra volume
The main aim for me in every session is making sure every set is intense and I just felt my arm sets lacked intensity due to fatigue so I saw more point to removing them entirely

Hey buddy the cycle feels absolutely fine tbh. Side effects wise other than lower sex drive for me I’ve felt nothing. If you want to be Hugh Hefner it’s probably not the one but I’m recomping very well in prep, increasing performance and dropping bodyfat at a nice rate ??

Changes should be made off feel, progress and the look on a whole
By all means have a guide but this is not set in stone

Best advice from me as well is stop being so over analytical of every factor, obviously do things mindfully and with caution but I can tell that your a high stress individual and this will only hold progress back
