hi Jamie what amount of calories are you on at the minute mate? and what sort of macro percentage are those calories?

Here’s my diet buddy I don’t really care to calculate my calories and macros. Just eat it, go off feedback, communicate that with Jordan and make changes when needed

Current food

Meal 1
70g whey
120g oats
Banana

Meal 2 and 3
280 chicken
100g rice

Meal 4
100g oats
20g honey
Half banana
70g whey

6iu slin Pre ( maybe needs to adjust to 4iu depending on feel)

Intra 60g sustain 50 MPs

Post 10iu slin
190g carbs

Final meal
100g 4 percent beef for both burgers
2 buns
180g chips 5%

Rest day
Meal 1
70g whey
130g oats
Half Banana

Meal 2/3/4/5
60g pro
75g carbs

Final meal
Both burgers 100g 4 percent beef
2 buns
180g chips 5%

These are baby doses, I wouldn’t prescribe these to a long time AAS user tbh

What’s the reason for the low doses, are you over thinking the risks here too?

Test would be higher 500 min imo and primo is useless in lower doses in my exp also so 4-500 for that and tren ace at 300mg min

For growth 500 test and 400 npp would work fine

Arm session went really well today. After feeling very tired at the beginning of the rotation I’ve decided to see out this arm and leg day then take a deload with lighter sessions next rotation to recoup and push on for the last leg of prep.

I’m taking a deload over a full rest as I’m in prep and it will just suit my mindset much better at this point.

???????? on the other side of the comps when super lean and can handle it, we can test run spanking as much test as your blood pressure can handle . Should be a fair whack when super lean . ( disclaimer …. if you are anything less than 330 pounds off-season like Jamie , and one of the best pros in the country, and this is your income , and you closely monitor your health …..and the risk is worth the reward , do not even consider copying )

Had one of those sessions today where I just felt tired, couldn’t wake up and forced the session.
Numbers stalled but managed to hold on major lifts and improve the isolation work but man I felt whacked
Really took it out of me and first signs of needing a deload which will likely happen next rotation
Things to look out for here
Slower recovery
Stallings lifts
Poor sleep
Iffy digestion

Up the tren brav

So this morning was my first day on 40mcg clen , I had been on 20mcg of a different brand for the last week but it must have been fake because my heart rate was so low… my resting heart rate is 87-92bpm. This is almost double what it has been some days. I have never monitored my heart rate before so it’s never been a concern for me. Is this common or no? @giantjohal or anyone?

Ah I’m worried about my heart rate……I know what I’ll do, add clen ????????????‍♂️????????‍♂️????????‍♂️

Bro drop the clen it’s clearly not worth the headache

No pun intended lol

Sounds completely normal to me ???? but if you only checked it for the first time it’s not worth a worry????

Would you all say an average of 49 over a week is normal? Some days going back a week or so it’s dropped to 46? @kamara-graham @giantjohal
Have you ever tracked tour heart rate before and is this out of the ordinary?

thanks pal … no never before. I recently purchased an Apple Watch, stumbled on the health app and seen what it was.
After a google search I panicked ????
There you go man, keep track but this is a completely normal and healthy heart

• Slow and steady wins here

Periods of pushing in a defecit and then smaller periods of feeding back up to maintain mass and performance

The key is time and leaving yourself enough of it ????????
