Push session complete
Today saw some numbers stall but they are getting to that stage now where there just really fucking heavy and progressing all time strength even more as we are scaling food down is going to have its moments
High incline BB is now at 160kg for 7 and my incline chest machine which is 3rd ex in is 5.5 pps for 9. Scary numbers but we will go again next week and assess from there.
I still have scope to make 160 better with more control and even make the back off which is 140 for 14 a cluster set of something like 4 x 4 getting 16 reps overall

1g pink salt 1g low salt which has potassium in every mealSo you do actually watch your potassium intake by taking about 3 g potassium with the lo salt. What’s the reason behind that? To get some sort of equilibrium between sodium and potassium? What do you think about potassium spiking aldosterone? I just can’t quite grasp the relationship between sodium and potassium and their respective consumption, hence all my questions:)[/quote]
In short high sodium causes you to excrete potassium so we need to restore order and balance -

I think it’s important to note I’m going to make a major effort to jab regular on a schedule
Tbh I detest jabbing and if there’s one thing I could be better with it’s timing and being on point with jab days
So I’ve decided to jab on training days only which means I’ll jab 2 days on 1 off
Smaller doses ore often in my opinion are better all round for sustained blood values meaning solid benefits all round -

Don’t get me wrong: I have not the slightest problem with adhering to a diet, nor am I binging or regularly eating crap. those 3 meals mentioned were a “social” decision in order to have some quality time with friends. The first ones in a long time. And again, every calorie eaten there was then cut off later/earlier in the day to make up for it. nonetheless, my body stores fat and water like crazy just from these 3 meals.

As I said, I have gone several days under 2000 kcal at well over 100 kg body weight. So I simply see no further means of reducing anything. if I saw a way of dieting it off, I’d do it in a second, believe me.. I simply feel I’m trapped in a place where even holding my current bodyfat is only possible through dieting FOREVER and staying hungry infinitely.. this is what stresses me out[/quote]
It’s a process buddy, you can’t rush it. Sounds to me like you made some very bad decisions and it back fired. Go for your cut again but be sensible and realistic with calorie drops and timescales. It will come off, it’s just a matter of time and consistency and your body will look better dieting slower on more food ???????? -
