Training was real good yesterday. It’s exciting being so strong in a prep……and quite nerving tbh. Sessions in the book are giving me anxiety but managing that and attacking these sessions will yield great results i’m sure.
I know Jordan is big on maintaining performance and we have discussed adding drugs to assist performance through the prep for example adding more tren to assist performance when calories drop lower.
Currently tren is 350 per week but he says we can add a little more 😉
Please don’t take my log and mimic it, I just want to be completely transparent with you all. Obvioulsy what I do is not suitable for the masses and I take more risk than some might and should based on my own risk reward system. -
I thought you are on your bread patrol Jamie ????
I should gave more details. I’m 34 years old , training for a while. my physique needs more size everywhere. I totally agree with you on 3 day training in row . that 3rd training day was always killer even tho I’m not strong . unfortunately due my work / shifts I can’t do 2on 1off . Thats why I was thinking to go to full body splits . I did fortitude while ago but I haven’t done full body like jordan prescribed.
I was on my bread patrol buddy ????
In that case all body 3 x a week would be perfect and work at getting really strong over the 8-12 and 12-15 rep ranges ????????
thank you Jamie .
One of the reasons why I wanted to combine splits was that I don’t have time for 2h + sessions. But I will definitely run it and will see if I can do full body within 90 min .
Just choose exercises that give the most bang for buck buddy and you’ll be fine I’m
Sure ???????? -

MemberJune 24, 2020 at 9:42 pm in reply to: Relationship Advice Deep Into PrepImo buddy this is the hardest part of prep but when you really need your partner to understand and be onside
Your gonna have low energy, low/no sex drive, be grumpy and probably make her dislike you
The first prep – if it’s the first that is, is always a big learning curve for you both
It’s a huge test, no getting away from that but if you want to pursue this sport as more than a hobby it’s something that needs to be taken head on
There’s no cover ups here, it is what it is, an extremely demanding task for your body and mind which requires all the support you can get.
Does your partner train as well?
I like to go out for coffees with my mrs, that’s our time together where we can talk.
Deep in prep like you are just be honest with her and tell her you need her to help you by being as understanding as possible. Pre warn her as much as you can lol

Was arms today – hope you guys managed to watch the video and took something from it
Everyone won’t need an arm day, especially if you are new to bodybuilding and the primary objective is to simply grow new muscle.
In these cases as Jordan says an upper lower split or an all body would suffice then moving into push pull legsFor a competitor or someone who has weaker arms I would definitely advise a seperate day for a few reasons
1 – extra recovery whilst being more active than a rest day and using that as a higher food training day to assist recovery
2 obviously direct stimulus with intent and intensity
I found with ppl I was that fucked after primary work the arms were very much an after thought and never got enough direct work
This is completely person specific but watch the video and let me know what you think ????????

Shit news from Boris today. Madness really but just a case of is being at the bottom of the economic pecking order imo
We’re next so they say so fingers crossed for the middle of July ????????

Today was a rest day
Split has slightly changed now to allow for better recovery
Basically a 2 on 1 off push pull arms legs split
Before we had a day either side of legs which meant we started the rotation with 3 training days in a row
This was fine but now the loads are getting super heavy the 2 days are taking a lot to recover from so the 2 on 1 off works perfectly here then we get a lower demand 3rd training day to recover a little more before legs with the placement of the arm session

A greens supplement is also an option jimmy

I would never cycle without test…..
Have you find this before? In my eyes this is a recipe for acne right here.
Acne is about controlling hormones when you’re on and maintaining good habits with all aspects of the sport.
Have u ever had a blood test to see where hormones are at?
