Today was push
Session was awesome tbf
Main exercise was high incline bb for shoulders/upper pec
Last week it was 160 x 4 first time at that weight so was confident of progressing this week having felt the weight
This week we got plus 3 to make 7 reps at 160 which I am obviously delighted with
Staying strong in prep is a must to keep all this new hard earned muscle and I’m excited to see how it all plays out
12 weeks to go 🙂 -

Anth’s pre is no joke mate! I get on with it, i feel it has a good euphoric effect when you do ONE scoop.. not two haha!

Definitely not 2 man #wiped ????

Yesterday’s pull session was a decent one but progress was definitely more forced than prior sessions which lead into today and the decision to focus on recovery
Split I feel now is perfect
-
Yesterday wrote my ass off tbh
Recorded a pull session for my YouTube and jay was over for recording
He had some Anth Bailes Pre Atomic bomb in him and offered up a serving so thought ok why not for the one off
2 scoops is one serving……..
#fuckingruined ????????????
Never experienced anything like it from a pre, did not enjoy it haha

Arms today
Felt this coming but definitely tired and ready for a slight change in progressing so the split has changed to
Push
Pull
Off
Arms
Legs
Off
Repeat
This is no different in frequency but definitely lends itself better to all round recovery and progressionLive – learn – adapt

As the others said buddy. If you want more help next time consider posting up current picks so we can advise on current goals and whether to push/pull back etc

So yesterday was a push session
Was feeling a little tired before the session but nothing out of the ordinary. Legs was real hard two days prior so maybe a roll over from that.
At this point the numbers in the log book have risen quickly and now at all time strength prove quite daunting each session so what happened was definitely coming.
First exercise stalled and back off was down which really pissed me off.
Second exercise I had in my book 3.5 for 10 on the high incline smith so I put 3 x 20 + 10kg each side and got 9…..man it felt heavy, what a wank start now I was really pissed but then I realised 3.5 meant 3 plates plus a 5kg ffs so all was not lost
Massive lesson here was record every set so you can watch back, that way even if you match numbers you may have lifted with more control meaning you definitely progressed execution and be very clear in your log book
Points noted
