Rest day today, plenty of COD action going down haha
And I downloaded final fantasy 7, a child hood classic and favourite of mine. I’m 4 hours in and enjoying it so far ???????? -
how is your frequency with the added arm day? just push, pull, OFF, legs, arms, OFF repeat? and do you have arm exercises after push&pull days as well or removed them completly and do the now just on arm day only?

This feels really good tbh
Definitely ready for a rest after push pull but getting motivated on day 3 to attack an arm session is much easier than if it were a leg day and I really feel the benefit of having a day either side of legs to recover.

Strength up on all movements again, things are going really good and Jordan’s just added in 50mg tren ace per day as well which will improve composition and push performance even more

Session is
Preacher machine superset with tricep rope push down on lat pull down machine
Bicep single arm curl machine superset with cable ez bar skull crush on slight incline
Single arm cable bicep superset with single arm rope push down
Cable rope hammer curl superset with tricep machine dip
All sets repeated twice giving total of 8 sets for each biceps and triceps

Real good arm session today. Definitely feeling more and more each rotation that an arm day is essential in a push pull leg split especially if your arms are lacking.
Why??
I feel that to apply yourself to push and pull effectively with max intensity your pretty much spent by the time you get to arms. If I were to program a push or pull session with arms tagged on I’d be looking at lowering overall volume on the primary muscle to 6 sets which I would then feel would be sub optimal for the primary muscle. So the only fair trade off would be to perfectly execute push and pull and train arms alone.
This will stick going forward and I’m sure soon enough my pictures will reflect the benefit of the split. -
Haha. I appreciate it mate. Was looking back at your diet then the food timings trying to stick them together and got confused with the shake ????

The shakes will change back to whole meals when appetite is up and bodyfat is lower meaning insulin sensitivity and digestion are even better also.

Imo opinion it helps insulin sensitivity which will assist better composition

In regards to slin and timing. How long between meal 4 and the shot of slin?
Whats your carb choice for post training, assuming like cereal or something? and do you take that shot immediately before you consume that meal? Then how long after that influx of carbs is your final meal?

Train 2.30-4.30
Pre meal 4 slin 5/5.30 directly before meal which is 200g carb 3 bagels 100g jam – cereals has me and I hate the volume

Pre meals always 1.5-2 hours before training
By having slin timed here it works two fold, it clears any carbs from Pre meal and lowers Bg ready for a nice response from intra
If I’m still feeling a little bloated from Pre meal I find that the slin alleviates that times here also -

No I have my pre meal 3……just slin at 2pm and then sip intra rolling into warm up -

Strongest I’ve ever been at the minute. Push today was a great session, all numbers up and the main lift incline press machine was up by two reps to 6 plates a side for 7.

DB lateral raise
Incline press machine
High incline smith
Lying pec dec cuffed lat
Standing calf
All exercises 2 sets
