In regards to slin and timing. How long between meal 4 and the shot of slin?
Whats your carb choice for post training, assuming like cereal or something? and do you take that shot immediately before you consume that meal? Then how long after that influx of carbs is your final meal?

Meal timings
Meal 1 8am
Meal 2 1030am
Meal 3 pre 12.30/1
Pre slin 2pm
Train 2.30-4.30
Pre meal 4 slin 5/5.30 directly before meal which is 200g carb 3 bagels 100g jam – cereals has me and I hate the volume
Meal 5 8pm
Meal 6 10.30/11 -
Just to add it wasn’t the cheapest that’s why I went with z coach as thought the more you paid better the quality but found this isn’t the answer
Hey buddy how long have you worked with the coach. Have you been upfront and told them your not happy or discussed what there procedure is with replies?
I’m very on top of replies and would never want a client waiting more than 24 hrs but I hear a lot that some coaches are very poor with contact which is madness to me.
Unfortunately high class coaches are likely very busy and if they don’t have the decency to cap there client numbers then there service will suffer like you’ve experienced. -

I thought you do online coaching too , anyway enough just trying to help !
Hey bud stick your reading glasses on….
Please read carefully.
If you earn a living from the sport you are classed as an elite level athlete._________________________________________

Yes … then read down if you derive a living from the sport then it has to be through a pathway through an authorised governing body i.e the olympics.
The elite sportsmen has to be going through a certified body, which unfortunately the IFBB is not [/quote]
Jay come on bud, how is this causing you so much concern.
I really don’t see how Jimmy training effects you or anyone else for the matter.
Your not getting anywhere with this and I’d politely ask you to leave it there.
I’m unsure why you were on Jimmy’s log in the first place.
We made the video for the benefit of the site and its members in a controlled environment.
My gym is closed to the public as per government guidance, it’s a completely locked down private facility right now just like someone’s garage at home. I just don’t see how carrying out our contractual obligations for Jordan and Corinne and morally trying to provide content for paying site members is wrong in any way.
I kindly ask you to give up the ghost on this. -

I can’t say whether you can push harder as I don’t know how hard your pushing. You can push harder on AAS but imo you still need to focus on muscle preservation by lowering calories sensibly

Hot and cold seems very popular in the strongman arena buddy.
Hard to emulate in the UK but a cold bath after training following with a red hot bath would have an effectI just have a hot bath after heavy sessions to stimulate blood flow for recovery, works wonder ????????

Pull session today
Was feeling smashed from training last night tbf, think I always put in an extra 5% when we film for the site for you so hope it’s appreciated haha
Strength is flying at the minute, all time high across all lifts now
Today’s main lift was RDL which I got 220 for 6, never attempted a 220 RDL before so very happy with that ????
They were first followed by
Single arm hammer row standing
Single arm pull over pull down
Mag grip close pull down
Rear fly machine
Shrug bbSession felt lovely
Nice hot bath and time to chill ????????

I’m with hilly, you want your food completely digested and then your intra can provide energy for the session ????????
1.5-2 hours for me 🙂 -

The trouble is Jay, people are so divided on their opinions here. We have taken every precaution possible and have acted very safely in order to pursue our personal goals and this of the site by providing helpful and motivating content.
Sorry you have been offended by this buddy. Fingers crossed this will all be over very soon and the lockdown continues to relax at the current rate.
Stay safe and keep training hard where ever your doing so.
