Since the lockdown restrictions were lifted me and Jamie have been training and having great sessions. Some people may agree or disagree all I know is that this is pretty much my whole life and I will do what ever it takes to get me to my goals. Annnyyywwayyyy…. push was solid and it should be on the site very soon. A new prep low this morning of 250lbs and definitely starting to feel more empty which I have been waiting for. Also my waist seems to be finally playing ball and is tighter in the AM with vacuums getting better to hit during daily practice. Few more weeks and I should be in a good spot from here.

Eases not lifted on Sunday When people were allowed to meet 1 person from another household and have unlimited exercise.

The law is that you can do unlimited exercise outdoors not in a gym … in the next three days you will be able to meet family members outdoors for a short period as discussed today in parliament … if you can send the link through for the unlimited access to a gym with one person send it through as I deal in this sector mate[/quote]
I have Jimmy at my gym with me and that’s it. Just me and him training as his need chasing that pro card this year is huge and I wouldn’t have a fellow team mate out on his arse. Today’s workout was filmed for the site so I hope people can take positives from it.
Me and jimmy have been tested for covid and have been extremely safe during lockdown in regards to contact with others outside of our household.
Truth is the rules get bender a little to pursue your passion, that’s life in general. I don’t feel as if us 2 training together is hurting anyone at all. Sorry if your offended, honestly. -

There will come a time in anyone’s off season where you are full and sick of eating.
If however an off-season is conducted properly and food is scaled up slowly then at the beginning and for a large part you should be hungry.
The goal is not to over eat, it’s to supply your body with enough fuel to gain weight and add muscle.
This is a slow process but you will have to increase calories continually when weight or other progress parameters stall. -

So I’ve been in no mans land for about 10 weeks now
I’ve decided to start full blown prep again and aim for the Cali pro in 16 weeks .
Yes I am fully aware I may not be able to fly to America in 16 weeks but I need to be in prep towards a set date for mentality and to get the best out of every aspect of this lifestyle.
So I’m prepping to be ready for that show and we will assess from there ???????? -
Went on a picnic yesterday for my 6 year wedding anniversary and 8 years of being together.
Obviously I had a diet break for a few meals of egg and salad cream sandwiches and the other choice was ham cheese and pickle 😉

Mine is oats, whey, banana and honey
Simple and effective
Blended in off season for easy digestion when food is higher.
I don’t like fats before training as they slow digestion unless your training 2 hours post meal so.
I’d drop the eggs buddy.
Quick easy digestible carbs are perfect Pre training. -
