    Mast is a good tool for sure and I will use with some clients for this reason amongst others but I do believe we should be considering taking an ai BUT working out with the individual what the absolute minimum required dose is. My feeling is people use ai’s improperly and often over kill.
    For me I’d rather take 0.5 adex twice a week than 20mg nolva Ed for example

    I hope some people will be glad to know I am starting back recording some training videos for the site.
    With the travel restrictions relaxing and meeting people outside of your house hold I think it’s fair and safe to say we can accommodate Jay Magic Eye at my gym which is currently only open to myself.
    First ones booked in for a big push session next week!

    For me this is where science and thought process to a degree can overwhelm an individual and actually be counter productive.
    Man big words fry my brain.
    To me the aim is to progressively lift heavier with more intent on form and intensity. That’s really how deep it goes.
    I find that the more complicated people approach there training they are generally smaller in most cases.
    Just speaking out loud ????????

    Real good session today
    Legs it was and hacks was the main exercise
    Only went and forgot my knee sleeves doh!!!!!! Needless to say I warmed up excessively for those working sets and made sure the knees were happy with the load. I could have pushed more weight as I got 15 reps but I doubt that would have achieved anything but injury in the main.
    So take away is always lift on the edge of your bodies abilities but try and be in sync with it enough to know how far you can push. This doesn’t mean become a push either haha
    Session was
    Glute machine
    Seated leg curl
    Leg extension triple rest pause times rest 1 minute each
    Hack squat
    Single leg lying curl
    Standing calf
    2 sets other than leg ext
    Great session ????????

    Hey buddy just curious on your goals for the cycle?
    Typically tren would be brought in later to either push performance or recomp. Seems back to front to me it would depend on other factors.
    On the compound cross over question being honest I’ve never done anything but take one out and put another in. Blood values will still be elevated from the prior compound for about a week so you wouldn’t have to worry too much.
    Consider Cabre also to control
    Progestin – typical dose 0.5 x 2 days per week.
    Please let us know your goals and give us your starting point by way of a photo. You will get a much more accurate answer ????????

    Arm session went like this

    Biceps were super setted with triceps

    Preacher machine and rope pull down
    Single arm curl machine and cable skull crush
    Single arm cable curl and single arm push down
    Rope cable hammer and tricep machine dip

    4 exercises and 8 sets for each! Smoked

    Give it a try, was a great sessions. Most sets went 12 work set 15 back off

    Cycle has been in a week, no diet changes, 3lb up this am and the fullness in today’s sessions was awesome!
    So much so I have to take some check in pictures tomorrow to assess the change haha

    Not easy sometimes when english isnt your main language, I guess I misunderstood the meaning of intensity when working out so thanks for clearing that out again.
    Good to see you posting the logs, now I got some inspo for my workouts. Kind of like the style with 2x sets, Kuba explained it deeper to me but it sure does help me push more weight instead of going 4-5 sets and increasing the weight eatch set pyramid style with 6-12 reps per set exhausting the muscle too much before the heavy lift.

    As the guys have said a lot of damage had been done that may be irreversible.
    Apart from the advice already maybe seek out a top dermatologist for advice on best creams and skin care.

    As the guys said, little bit of a mine field here, diet would be determined by a lot of factors and we’d need to see pictures and work with you closely to allow you to learn and ultimately be your best.
    A lot of what we do has to have a take it as we find it rolling approach.

    Session felt amazing also and progressed everything ????????

    DB side raise
    High incline BB now at 140 for 10 happy with that. I’d say incline is 75-80 degrees
    Ex 3 incline chest machine
    Pec dec
    Lying cuffed lateral
    Flat press machine
    All 2 sets 12 set total
    12 seems to be the magic number right now 🙂
