personally i dont have an issue with people posting anything if they own the gyms! as at the end of the day youve worked hard to get to that position so it makes no odds to anyone else as you arent breaking the law/rules ???? im fairly certain if anyone had the option to train in there own gym… theyd also be there!

Rest day today and tbh was hoping for a little more clarity from Boris who’s speech was extremely vague.
What’s everyone’s thoughts?
I think we all had a very big shoe this week with the train posing off Luke and if that didn’t reiterate the importance of people having the ability to have there training sanctuary back nothing will.
My views as a gym owner is that we should be liable to put strict measures in place to show people to come and train at there own risk all be it a largely reduced risk of infection.
The vulnerable and those sorting signs of any illness stay at home. That in my eyes is the only way forward out of this mental and physical hole ????????

I’m in agreement with these comments. Not my choice of muscle gain optimisation and as Rich said the education section has some good value here

I know Kuba and meg mince their own meat. I believe they use fillet primarily.
It’s a good way of quality control over the food you consume. Knowing exactly what you are eating.
If people don’t like mincing their own meat then a good local butcher would do it for you, providing you bought it from them of course._________________________________________

Interested 🙂
I own my own gym as you know and have kept workouts strictly private out of respect for people in the UK who can’t train.
This doesn’t include Corinne and Jordan obviously as I think we all agree they are obligated to provide insight and information to the subscribers of this site.
Peace ✌????

Wow I’ll be honest with you guys in here, I never thought I’d be so stunned and deeply saddened by the passing of someone I couldn’t say was a close friend. I need to put these words together so I don’t speak with any ounce of disrespect in saying that.
Luke was someone I knew through bodybuilding, I spoke to him in person only a handful of times. I competed against him twice at the British finals in 2015 & 16. I had him in 15 but then the juggernaut really found himself, he was born to be a professional bodybuilder and firmly on his way to being one of the best.
He’s someone I could have banter with on social media and we slid into each other DM’s many times but he wasn’t a guy I could pick up the phone to for a general chat just to give a little context.
So with that being said this has hit me hard, maybe because I’m a father and he leaves behind his kids, maybe because I put myself in others shoes in times like these and feel deeply sad to my core for the people closest to him. Maybe it’s because we all share a bond when we share the same passion especially when it’s so niche like bodybuilding. British bodybuilding is in a great spot but we have just witnessed a great fall which will be a hard pill for any force to swallow.
Yesterday immediately after the news of his passing I saw the negative side of social media, the simple fact that his family and loved ones don’t get there own private time to grieve and get lost in there own thoughts and upset. There is no privacy in the world we live in especially when you have status.
But on the other hand I witnessed the power of social media in all its glory when the many great tributes were and still are being played. Fouad and Bens go fund me page for Luke’s family shows the unity we all have in this sport and that’s a very special thing.
I guess we all feel the same, losing someone we knew, admired and laughed at so many times for being such a fun loving guy just doesn’t make any sense.
I pray that this will only make people stronger and stride farther forward in his absence. The stage won’t be the same without him and a great whole has been left in the industry and many peoples hearts.
Luke – we love you man – RIP brother ❤️????????Really kind words J , I was so shocked , still gutted to what a loss to the sport and thoughts go to all his family and friends too ,, kind words mate ❤️. Rest easy big man
If you had no pct the right thing to do would be to stay on a cruise here of 200 per week imo as you never ever just want to stop without the necessary measures to correct hormone levels.
Too late now but future ref
A blood test would be the deciding factor what’s needed here for me if medicheck or another similar company are still sending out kits – I use the male sports hormone test but I always do an intra venous sample which may be the issue here
From the results I’d decide
I’ve heard bad things about finasteride buddy, I’d create a separate thread for that convo to have some more input. Personally I wouldn’t touch it without serious thinning issues. But if baldness runs in the family I’m afraid any efforts may fall by the wayside to keep that hair running AAS.

This Monday-Friday training is still feeling really nice tbf
I’ve decided that the best split is the one you are most happy with personally. This allows low stress, enjoyment and the perfect recipe for progression ????????
As my time on the team and my experience as an athlete evolves my thoughts towards training and all things bodybuilding evolve too.
Stress plays a huge part in everything we do so making sure we are happy with as many aspects as possible is key ???????? -
So who’s still got there head into shows this year and who’s hitting off season??
for me its back into offseason, spent this lockdown actually clearing out, resting up and getting ready to progress. No one can see you small if we can’t go out right ????
Then comeback for shows late 2020/early 2021._________________________________________

Sounds like a solid plan man! I’m taking 3rd in that british line up, just saying brother ????
Haha! A few people were ruffled with my predictions on there, and when you do I will be there to congratulate and eat my words ????
I based it off of current wins/pro show results and the Giant is yet to make his dominance that is all._________________________________________

It comes down to personal preference as well and like ability of the athlete. I was just happy to get mentioned in the top 5 a lot amongst some great UK guys. If 2/3rds of them showed up it would be one hell of a show and I have people I think I can beat ???????? -
Hey buddy bands by themselves are going to yield very small results but as Meg says added to your workout routine with weighted exercises to provide even more tension and resistance they can be amazing especially when you have limited weight and need to make things like deadlifts and presses harder ????????
Hi j!!! I have a set of resistance tubes aswell as all the weights but I also have a big thick blue band on way aswell. Which Apperenlty goes Upto 180 pound ish resistance
Sounds like you can have some great workouts buddy
