for me its back into offseason, spent this lockdown actually clearing out, resting up and getting ready to progress. No one can see you small if we can’t go out right ????
Then comeback for shows late 2020/early 2021._________________________________________

How do you feel about your pro debut potentially not being as “busy” as first thought?
What I mean by this is, potentially not having as much of a packed crowd to get the atmosphere going… Potentially not having as many guys up there battling it out with you… and also potentially not being able to travel abroad?
I say potentially a lot as obviously, everything is just speculation at this moment.
Does it bother you as I know pro debuts are made to be a big deal, or are you purely in the mentality of stepping up there for yourself regardless this year?_________________________________________

Hey Joe great question buddy.Tbh this year was all about getting my face out there to the masses and in front of IFBB judges on the pro circuit but more so seeing where I stand next to guys I know and have stood next to before as well as other pros obviously.
I feel I had a really productive time away so to see what I need to improve and how far away I am from where I need to be is the main take home for my debut.
For that I don’t need a huge crowd. Much like bodybuilding magazines have fallen to the internet I feel a show does not need an audience to be a success although it would undoubtedly be much better with one for fans and competitors.

Hey buddy bands by themselves are going to yield very small results but as Meg says added to your workout routine with weighted exercises to provide even more tension and resistance they can be amazing especially when you have limited weight and need to make things like deadlifts and presses harder ????????

im still hoping to compete sept time! thats my plan anyway… i shall be starting my 20 week prep next week.. if not, a photoshoot it is ????

Luckily I decided to have a year or 2 off season anyway to put a decent amount of size on.
Although with gyms being shut hasn’t helped.
I think by September shows will be back on for the ones wanting to compete_________________________________________

I do what you do buddy, blood sugar is still high from Intra drink and I’m not hungry right after ever. Plus you need to show your central nervous system to calm down and switch over to digestion and recovery ????????

How do people expect to fly with social distancing … this will not get dropped until a vaccine is in place. Even if they do open up flights there will be extremely limited seats at treble the cost ????[/quote]
