So first week of the new rotation boxed off and it felt really good tbh
I think adding back in for a second session will not only help output and the speed of changes, dropping of bodyfat etc but the difference in my physique I believe will be very noticeable in 9 weeks time ??

As Jordan says it make take a few weeks to get the balance right but ultimately a drop in steps over the day can be picked up else where.
I’d simply do two larger walks one am on wake and one later evening to make up steps to about 8k then you will pick up the other 2-4K from general activity movement

Therapists and mobility work is the go to and performing single are exercises for back to ensure the lat is fully engaging in movements and not being overpowered by the other side

Was legs today and it’s the first time I’ve hit legs in about 6 weeks
The Doms are real!!!
Session was
Lying ham 3 sets
Leg extension banded 2 sets – 2nd set was triple drop
Leg press 1 set 10 reps
Hack squat 1 set 10 reps
Walking lunge 20kg DB’s 2 sets
Abductor and adductor 2 setsDoesn’t look a lot but was nice to push some heavy weight to failure keeping things in a safe rep range and feeling things out before we drop in any 6-8 rep sets ??

It is individual but I have always found with anyone if you are training balls to the wall you should require a rest day after 2 days.
The 3rd day for me carries way too much fatigue to complete a solid sessions
That’s why for me 2 on 1 off always wins!!
Less is more!! Never undervalue the importance of recovery ??

Even went to the cinema to watch black widow which was very good ??
And meal 5 turkey and rice meal during the film, unfortunately no sweets on prep this time haha

I would increase water to 5 litres
Maybe Ashwaganda supp like halcyon will help keep you calm as tension is linked to stress most of the time
Also where is your salt intake ?? 1-2g per meal ideally

I think my body will respond really well to the rest from training and drugs and I’m noticeably more excited to train which is even better
Very excited for the next contest and the run into this years back end shows ??

I see earlier in log you mention 120’mcg clen upon wake.
No buddy anything upwards of 60 I will split on wake and pre training around 1pm
