    Good session today

    It was my mop up session, first one of two this week which had me attacking triceps, calves, abs and forearms
    It definitely feels great giving the a primary ficus and will be something I continue to do for sure ????????

    I get to about 5k a day from clean food the the cookies come out to pack out some meals and things like cheese just to add calories.
    I’d still say the whole diet is 85/90% clean food in my offseason going up to 7-8000 kcal

    I have a question on the back of that – what if prior to going on a cycle you already had low test levels ? then coming off v trt between cycle wudnt make much sense?

    You mean if someone has poor fertility levels before starting?
    Then you should accept the risk you are taking which worst case scenario means you will be conceiving through in natural measures.
    As Ryan says full pct is far better for fertility but if you do not plan to stay off for atleast 3 months minimum there is zero point imo
    Many don’t or can’t stay off long enough to have any effect at all

    If test levels are low then yes staying on would be advantageous but or doesn’t really change anything.
    Staying on has the same pros and cons regardless of start point imo
    By staying on I mean cruise.
    Nearly all my athletes cruise between cycles unless they are family planning then we conduct full pct protocol

    Another day – another opportunity to get after your goals all be it at home, in a gym or life in general.
    Goals make me tick, yes I have the luxury of a gym right now but I know in my heart 1000% if I wasn’t in this exact situation right now I’d be improving aspects of my life and taking steps forward to be better in some way.
    To me this pandemic is a challenge and it really is a case of perception across all aspects.
    The person that sees the glass half empty will really struggle through this and if I were them I’d be setting goals to work towards and getting motivated through YouTube or anything that got me out of that train of thought.
    We all have the power and ability to progress through this in many ways. Let’s not get bogged down but rise up and get shit done!!

    Another rest day today boxed off ready for pull tomorrow
    I’m likely 15 weeks out so I plan to hold this look for another 3 or so weeks then put the foot down on fat loss again

    Are you that sensitive to caffeine that it effects sleep or is that a mental thing or maybe an issue with your your night time routine I.e blue blockers, supplements like zinc, no technology before bed etc
    Kuba is right regarding training and imo you need atleast one carb based meal prior and even a carb meal the last meal of each night aiming to load glycogen for the early workout ????????

    Nah not that sensitive really – just wanted to optimise recovery as much as possible by having as little caffeine in me by the time I sleep as possible, whilst still utilising it’s performance enhancing effects for training.
    Probably just being overly cautious.
    Try to keep blue light blockers on during the night, don’t usually have too many problems.
    Will definitely take on board what you’ve all said and will make sure I’m getting carbs around training.

    Definitely overthinking and trying to be too precise here.
    Caffeine up to 5pm would have very little Effect on recovery if any at all especially when factoring in supps like CBD, halcyon, zinc

    Have to say I’m very much liking the Monday-Friday training and having the weekends off.
    I feel like this will still work very well when normal life resumes.
    Mentally it suits me very well working my ass off and working towards that weekend rest period.
    I get to spend a decent amount of downtime with the family at home wirh this set up and we will be able to plan things forward with every week being the same.
    Physically I feel like everything is being hit with 100% focus so all round happy with how things are ????????
    Hope you are all ok and planning your assault for when you can get back in the gyms ????????

    Not having access to a gym and removing that regimental part of my life has been tough but as a business owner I she had time to focus on that and the anxiety or running a business effected by the lockdown is tough. Garden workouts and circuits I a getting into now and I don’t normally drink but have been having a few beers etc. Back being stricter with food and cals now will definitely lose size but it’s a short term thing we can get back there. Life goes on mentally a tough period especially with lifting and training others is your release and psychological therapy. Started wrong home workouts for people now which helps. I hate to the say word but trying a few CrossFit workouts getting functional

    Just build up a Box Gym. Smith Machine, Rack, Olimpic Bar, Safety Bar for squatting a 380kg of plates ???? Working on big lift basically, do what I can!
