Hey Jamie – might be a dumb question but do you buy your foods from the same place every time? I know for example sainsbury salmon fillets contain more fat than tescos salmon fillets per 100g. Do you take this into account when prepping food? Sorry if its a silly question but accuracy is a bodybuilders best friend so id like to hear your opinion ???? hope all is well with yourself and your close ones during this difficult time
Hey buddy I don’t tbh. I get most of my food from the same sources but there are many times when I need to get the off few bus through the week and these could be from a small selection of stores.
I wouldn’t worry about your example either, to me 100g raw salmon is just that ????????

Me and Jordan has a chat this week and decided to down grade cycle to 500 test 500 EQ till we drop the hammer with the prep again
It could be a long year if I’m competing upto November so having this break now 13 weeks out from Tampa potentially is perfect timing.
When I’m 9-10 weeks out I will reasses but me and Jordan got a tonne of feedback from the first part of the years prep so we know exactly what needs to be down 🙂

I use my fitness pal when I need to but generally know what foods are what macros and if I need to be accurate I simply look at the back of packets and add up myself.
Just be careful using mfp as sometimes it gives values for cooked food and not raw or vice versa -

Not from the point you are at now no, just control the way out and you’re sweet.
No point getting to true stage condition just for a rebound. You can rebound nicely from here and save yourself another 6 weeks of dieting, fat loss and potentially muscle wastage
