Hey guys I thought it would be a good time to tell everyone where I’m at with training as many of you have no gym access right now.
It’s obviously a time where training is a very sensitive subject but being a gym owner I have the luxury of having my own facility to train in so my training hasn’t suffered. The environment and atmosphere has most definitely suffered and I can’t wait to reopen but it is what it is for now.
Even if I didn’t own a gym I am a professional and this is what I do for a living so I would make dam sure I had a place to train or I made a gym at home. I know equipment is limited at the minute but I’m sure myself and any truely passionate about what they do would just find a way.
So my cycle remains the same and me and Jordan are pushing very hard to ensure improvements are made for when we do actually get to stand on stage.
I’m sure May 3rd the proposed date of the first show will Mark a day where I look at what could have been but also see it as a blessing because I’ll be streets ahead of my potential at that point had this never have happened.
In my eyes this crisis jumps me closer to guys that are established in the UK and around the world and I’m very confident of having an even more competitive package moving in to shows later in the year ????????
Hope your all safe, well and training hard at home or wherever you can ????????????????

Over a week of lockdown done, tbh I’ve lost track of how many days now but thankfully I’d stayed super consistent with my diet all week.
Weight was at its peak this am at 307 on waking but had a bath today post legs as normal and expect to be a good 2-3lbs down on that from water loss which all make up over the next day or so. I fell asleep in the bath so I defo lost some extra water weight too.
Hope everyone is safe well and not insane ????????
Stay focused on your goals, stay active and we got this ????????

Dropped 1.5lb of water off now I’ve stuck to play religiously with no extras or Easter eggs haha
Waking at 302.5 and me and Jordan are very confident that this extra time will now allow us to bring an extraordinary package to my pro debut whenever that may be ????????

So today checked in with Jordan a week into rebound plan at 304 11lb up and feeling really good.
Gh has been added back into today also after 3-4 weeks without so very happy and looking forward to seeing what that does to the look.
Appetite is still on fire and smashing 7000 cals with ease 😉

Hey Aaron I’ve actually found the a lot of my clients are in the same training day food if not more as there actually more active and workouts are more cardiovascular with higher rep ranges causing in some cases a higher expenditure of calories.
This is based around them performing intensive home workouts also but with a good set of dumbbells and bands you can kick some ass.
I’d stick with the same and monitor but you have to earn the right to eat the calories man.
Be active in general and don’t use it as an excuse to become a slob then you will need rest day food.

    Good luck man

I do think I can offer any positive advice here.
I know people who do it but like holly says it’s very challenging.
Always second guessing your own decisions and thought process.
For me a coach is essential it’s just a case of finding the right one for you.
The accountability factor and the stress off your own mind with decision making is worth it for me and definitely transitions into results but i guess there’s an element here of where your physique is at and where you want to go with bodybuilding as a sport.

Hey Jamie hope you being well.
What is your opinion about gh in combination with slin? Is there a gamechanger for muscle growth because the synergies with increasing igf1 levels?

It’s most definitely not a game changer buddy but just another thing that brings about the small percentages of what we do.
Will probably make 5% difference overall when you consider training, food, drugs, rest, sleep, health supps, fitness and well being.
So I guess it depends how far down the rabbit hole of bodybuilding you are. As a pro I deem them essential but they won’t inhibit the results most expect
