I found that yohimbine killed my appetite and I didn’t wanna eat a thing which s a big Nono for me.
I love feeling hungry but that’s just me. -
Could be related to heat after carbs but saying that do you itch when your hot?
Tried a change of clothes, thinking sweat?
Or as Ryan said food sources.

Another point to note that comes out of this whole crisis.

Nice rest day today
Woke up 302lb after a few days good eating and the plan now is to stick to the plan religiously.
Kind of dawned on me that the time period will be 16-20 weeks from now which basically means I’ve started prep again ????????
Silver lining is we are in a great position with a lot of time to build new muscle and take a crazy package to the stage.
I’m excited!!
A lot of people have been asking me how I’m going to grow with garden workouts etc
I own my own gym so I’ll still be training as normal all be it by myself, obviously I won’t be posting anything on my socials as normal as it just wouldn’t be fair to the masa’s that can’t train.
I do believe people can have great workouts at home though with limited equipment and I’ve been so pleased to see a lot of my clients finding genius ways to utilise kit and props at home to have killer sessions. -

Here is the new diet
On Monday we slightly increased cals but Tuesday I’d dropped another 2lb To my lowest weight of all prep of 293
So Tuesday I had pizza, Wednesday burgers and chips and last night fillet steak and chips all accompanied with an Easter egg of my choosing ????????
So I had dairy milk Daim bar, terrys and galaxy enchanted eggs ???? have to say Daim won ????????
Meal 1
70g whey
150g oatsMeal 2 and 3
280 chicken
100g rice
100g pineapple
12g almond butterMeal 4
100g oats
25g honey
Banana
70g whey6iu slin Pre
Intra 60g sustain 50 MPs
Post 10iu slin
200gcarbsFinal meal
100g 4 percent beef for both burgers
2 buns
200g chips 5%Rest day
Meal 1

So the plan now is to grow for 6-10 weeks see where we are then bring it in hard for a show.
I actually know that having more time will only benefit the end look so I’m not down beat about not being able to compete right now.
I see it as a blessing and I’ll dam sure make it count! -
I was asking if it was your first cycle but anyway I’ll presume it is due to dosage and hillys protocol looks the smartest choice for me ????????

We may drop drugs slightly due to timescale but the plan right now is to add weight and recomp so we’re heavier in the same if not better condition.
Weight as of this am was 293 down 2lb after food increase so today I’ve had another dominos to set me right.
