    Today me and Jordan decided to change the time scale of this prep and how we’re attacking things due to the crisis at hand and the fact that it is highly unlikely any shows will be going ahead in May or June minimum.
    So we move the goal post 16 weeks to Portugal which means no more stairs and no more clen initially and soon some more food ????????????

    Woke up 4lbs up at 299 the am after and felt real good. Pictures from today at 298 look very impressive with some nice fullness particularly noticeable in the back ????

    Hey guys just catching up after a crazy few days. This virus has shook us all hasn’t it. I own a small gym and have had to shit the doors as of yesterday which was heartbreaking having to upset so many people. I see the huge benefits fitness plays in all our lives in particular our mental health which is going to take a serious knock if we don’t find other ways to stay positive.
    I really hope at this time I can help share some positivity and keep you all from falling down.
    It’s a time for togetherness and that fighting spirit we all have in the weights room to shine through in other areas of life!
    Let’s keep getting after it ????????????????❤️

    So today was a high day
    Prep low of 295 and very flat up top, essential to push flatness for fat loss and detail but there are limits and two weeks since last feed meant today on push day was a perfect to push extra food around the places needed, especially with pull tomorrow ????????
    All in I think we hit 10k calories today and looking forward to see the weight difference and pictures in the am.

    Hey @giantjohal been great following you. Your mindset regarding shows being cancelled has really helped me. After a 20 week prep mine was cancelled 4 weeks out and it’s been a struggle.
    How would you recommend reversing out of that, go for a few weeks and look to utilise a ‘rebound’

    Hey Neil in my eyes you have two options.
    Increase calories slightly and keep within striking distance of a show or look to increase weight back up slowly by a few lb a week with small calorie increases week on week.
    This is obviously best done with specific advice from a coach who is working alongside you but that’s the general mindset I’d have man. Good luck ????????

    Food is low so activity and intensity I would target rather than dropping food inline with others.
