    Today’s check in
    Dropped to 299 after a hard session and posing session 2 days ago and a rest day yesterday
    Me and Jordan agreed that we continue to push for more condition then refeed big time assess the look at 7 weeks out.
    I’ll come down to about 296/7 then back up to 300 – keep bouncing back down and up and improving the look each time.
    Glutes are coming in but I’ve changed the way I hold the back shots with my hips back not thrusted forward so I have to master this shot with glutes looking perfect.

    Based on your answers to Clare I would start by increasing cardio now to 25 mins everyday then get out of that what you can and next bump can be 30 and so on without touching food.
    Bare in mind that general activity needs to be tracked and constant also.

    Great day out with the boys and training!
    Me @jimmytonk1 and @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen went bowling with AJ Morris and Jay Magic eye before a dirty pull session at Rotherham Ultra flex.
    All content will be on my YouTube later this month as part of the defiance prep series.
    Session felt really good tbh and RDLs came in for conventional which felt really nice so I’ll progress nicely from here on those.
    Kuba took me through some posing and was a fantastic help as always!! I was sweating buckets so getting than posing fitness is number one now till show day.
    7 weeks out and feeling really positive with great people around me and in a good spot with plenty of work to do but confident of bringing my best!
    Royally first fucked now and looking at a midnight bath and bed kinda vibe ????

    Whatcha think about big ramy this year? He seemed conditioned and full, any reasons you think he lost?

    Yes HUGE waist line! People say he has shape and aesthetics, people aren’t looking at the same guy as me.
    Imo opinion the sport needs freaks but freaks with wide waists will never win top shows in the current client.
    I think ramys proportions are just off and his waist must tape 40” which is just absurd imo

    Yes holding water on ansomone is very common, around 2kg actually probably double some other gh’s

    That would be ansomone in comparison to Western pharma GH?
    With generic Chinese GH holding even more water than Ansomone?
    Is it safe to assume all the common generic brands meditrope, Hilma , Pharmaqo (sis), Swiss remedies etc. come from the similar sources & that they give the same results/sides?
    Are there any of the generics you could recommend above others?

    Solid pull session ✅ we had the @giantjohal over tonight and it was a blast as always. Jamie normally is gassed out because of how big he is but today he was on form with being almost contest ready
    We hit some posing too after the session and filmed for his YouTube… he’s looking dangerous and will do the damage

    Push session went really well tonight
    Shoulder focus
    Lateral dB raise 2 sets to begin with as I’ve had shoulder issues so ensuring the joint is super warm and ready for press
    Gym shop press 2 sets
    Incline press machine 2 sets
    Lying cable fly 2 sets
    Bodyweight dips 2 sets
    Lat pull down tricep rope extension 2 sets
    Pull over dB into tricep press 2 sets
    Session was ????????????????

    This is a respectable private forum I’m sure know ones going to be ringing the Swedish police in the am but asking if a mini cut is advisable at the end of a bulk is like asking if cardio is needed in the off season……
    It depends on things you do not want to digress

    Im just asking if a minicut during the end of a aasbulk phase is a good idea or not.. Not asking for a diet plan or something. What to eat and not i already know..
