If you have to do post cv I’d do short session HIIT but hold it back till you’ve exhausted other avenues in the diet and training first.
When to implement start low like 10 mins and increase by 1 minute per week.
Best split for me is 15 seconds max chat 45 seconds recovery speed. -

299.5 vs 302

Ok so I said I’d give you some comparisons Pre and post refeed.
Pre refeed weight was 299.5 really flat and performance was suffering more importantly as I’m still fat so just being flat in my eyes isn’t enough to warrant a refeed if performance is still enabling us to push hard.
Weight went up to 305 and back down to 302 this am where the comparison pictures are taken from.
Not a huge difference but performance on legs today was considerably up so it’s done the trick. When I get leaner the refeeds will inhibit more of a visual response also so stay tuned for that ????????

Hey buddy since I added 2 weeks Ago I have gone real flat.
Note this is a multiple of factors but tren certainly plays a part in the whole picture.
More timely refeeds and of higher quantities in my case now bud ???????? -

Post refeed check in this am was 5lb up at 305.
Photos still have me flat but the carbs always take a day or so to process so I expect photos to look better in the am with a slight weight drop to around 303.
I’ll put some side by side shots to compare the pre refeed look and post look for clarity.

Kind of off-topic but solely related to you. Im a firefighter, as you were before. How did you manage to keep your cardio up for the job while bulking? I try to keep cardio minimal, but after 4 months of so of a slow bulk, i notice even my heartrate goes up just from walking up a flight of stairs. I do LISS currently 3-4x a week. Do you think HIIT would be better in shorter sessions?
Julian buddy the reason I’m not in the fire service anymore is because I made BB a priority, and I mean in every single way. I struggled massively as an active fireman to the point i was terrible at my job but tbh I didn’t care. I was so consumed with BB that came first above anything else even other people’s safety at the time. Yes that sounds very selfish and maybe even silly but I think that’s what it took to be where I am now so no regrets and all that.
I would stick to light cv buddy nothing intense just walking and your usual in job training will cut it. -
