I would say as simple as it is – what you enjoy the most ??
Both have different benefits but very much meet in the middle at some point
Both will burn calories and be calculated as output
Then just a matter of controlling input to create the defecit ??

Sorry been a little quiet guys
Traveling back from holiday to finish off moving house has been super stressful but we are at the back end and I can’t wait to get back in the gym and fully back on prep tomorrow for the Arnold UK

Got my bloods back before I came away and everything was fine but estrogen has bottomed out from primo and mast so decided to run test only at 350 a week to let
Estro rise a tad ready to begin prepI’ll look to run something a little different this 10 weeks to help promote a little estrogen and keep it less surpressed
Likely something very simple like
Test 500
Mast 500
Tren 500
EQ 500
Primo 500Orals will come in later but this will being about a nice full, hard and clean look with nasty condition I am very sure
Hope everyone in the uk is doing well and still training hard in the heat

It all depends how you look buddy. Cut for as long as you need.
Many factors will govern our rate of Reco position. Impossible question to answer.

Currently on vacation in Croatia with the kids and Katie
After Portugal was cancelled I found a nice villa to come to. Croatia is a lovely place.
I’ll attach a picture of the views here from the villa.
I’ll be doing no direct training here and have no set diet. Not a complete relax though.
I’ll keep steps high and we have a pool which I’ll be going in and wrestling the kids.
Food wise I’ll likely protein and fat in the day ish and carbs at night off plan with the family ??
