Had a nice rest day yesterday and looking forward to testing my body on push today. Since training with Eddie Hall I’ve had a lot of issues with my delts and collar bone and sleeping in my side really isn’t helping as I’m literally squashing myself every night ????

If you want to look flat and stringy, drop test out haha
We will be keeping test in to ensure fullness ????

Yes i see your point there, its so different with differnt coaches and how athletes responds, i mean if test is in the more ai:s might be needed to get dryness but if test is almost out you can do it almost without ai:s and keep that fullnes and dryness aswell.
Keep us updated big man ????[/quote]
The trouble is most coaches don’t know what there doing and remove test and whack ai’s sky high.
All you need to be in bodybuilding is consistent and apply changes in stages.

Leg day went down at the giants lair
    Great session
Currently in love with the hack squat as the movement pattern feels so nice and completely pain free, reverse banded takes all the strain I would typically get off my knee in the whole.
    Here is the session
    Seated curl 2 sets
    Leg extension triple drop
    Hack 2 sets
    Glute bridge 2 sets
    Standing curl 6×6 muscle round
Standing calf 5 sets of 10
    Abs to finish off
    Ruined
I pulled a leg press from this session instinctively as I’d pb’d both sets in backs and was pretty beat. The leg press would have added nothin to the session apart from increasing the recovery demand.
Having the ability to auto regulate throughout the year will save you from needing to take time off and ensure more progression all round ????????

Giant… great seeing the progress so far and the entertaining morning vids on insta…
Would just like to know if you have a daily step target whilst on prep? And if so how you differentiate this to your morning fasted walk?

Hey buddy I don’t keep a step count,
I’m generally up and about the same each day is this is what I do for a living and I just kinda know where things need to be day to day.
Sometimes if I’m feeling beat up I’ll actively try to move less so having a number of steps to hit would only add stress to the situation for me.
I do use as a guide with some clients but this is person specific.
Generally if a client struggles to gain weight I’ll have then take a step guide so that they can try and limit activity not surpass it or reach a requirement.

It doesnt buddy it keeps fullness. We are tapering this up as we lose fullness from the diet.

Checked in with Jordan this am
301.5 – 1 week without gh so I figure I’ve lost 3-4lb of fullness which is definitely showing in my chest and lats.
Growth will be back in when I have supply of gh and bac water. The corona virus fucked my ansomone supply chain haha

    Proportions looking fantastic
Very different shape than anybody else in the British
How do you see yourself comparing and placing. Do you go in with the mindset of winning?
Nearly looks classic with about 100lbs on too haha ????

    Hey thank you Neil.
I’m under no illusion I need to earn my stripes and Luke will most probably win. Not just because he’s earnt his place now but if he comes in 85-90% he’s got everyone beat.
My aim was top 6 but I have my eye on a top 3 in a pro debut so that would be fantastic.
There’s no real expectation but I just want to hang with the big guys and be noticed by the judges in a positive light.
Hopefully I’ll get a fair crack being so different.
I feel as though I’m entering pro BB at just the right time when more aesthetic physiques with muscle are pushing to the front of the sport ????????
